The Charburgh Yacht Club is located at the heart of the Wild Dunes Resort's, a 7 minute breezy walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to Coastal Provisions restaurant within the Boardwalk Inn and a 5 minute walk to the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course. Tucked away on a corner unit within the Racquet Club Villas community, The Charburgh Yacht Club provides its guests with streams of natural light & soothing outdoor views through the home's many windows. One of our favorite perks of this wonderful villa is sitting on the private balcony off of the living room and listening to the sounds of coastal breezes blowing through the palmetto & live oak trees surrounding the villa as well as the chirping cicadas, birds and other wildlife situated around the lagoon behind the home. Another fabulous perk is the home's newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets and granite counters. Come, getaway from it all and experience this wonderful villa for yourself! The Charburgh Yacht Club is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, a friends' get-together or a small family vacation. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (maximum occupancy of 6): Master bedroom (located on the top floor of the home): - King bed - Dresser with cable TV - Nightstands with reading lamps - En suite bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo and spacious vanity Guest bedroom (located mid-way between the ground floor and the master suite): - Two twin beds - Nightstand with reading lamp - Bathroom with tiled shower - Private access to an outdoor balcony with views of the resort ------------ HIGHLIGHTS: - Fantastic private balcony with lagoon water views and outdoor dining table & seating area - Spacious, newly-renovated kitchen with full sized appliances (including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave), blender, coffee maker, toaster & more! - Large dining table comfortably seats 6 people. - No Saturday to Saturday restrictions -- you may book this fabulous home for more or less than 7 nights. - Free WIFI - Full sized washing machine & dryer - Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to The Charburgh Yacht Club and enter the front door with a secure electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions. ------------ Guests enter The Charburgh Yacht Club by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the villa, you will find the dining room that leads to the kitchen, living room and staircase to the upper floors. You can access the private outdoor balcony with outdoor dining table & a seating area through the sliding glass doors in the living room. Walk up the interior staircase to access both bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom are located 1/2 level up from the ground floor. The master bedroom is located on the home's second floor. There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer tucked away behind the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars is included in the rental rate. The Charburgh Yacht Club is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay. NO PETS, NO SMOKING - For TV apps personal subscription required. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Beautiful home, very clean, quiet little area. I love that it is in a gated community!There is a park for kids also within walking distance. The owners are very responsive to messages. We didn’t have any problems with the house(our messages were sent due to my child being clumsy). The beach was very uncrowded during our stay!

We arrived late in the evening and so appreciated being able to walk into this clean, spacious and beautifully decorated property. We were able to immediately settle in, spread out and enjoy! The location allowed us to experience so many parts of Wild Dunes, and communication with the owners was easy!

The condo is located inside a gated community and tucked along a quiet, beautiful lagoon. Short 5-minute walk with easy access to the beach. The inside was spacious yet cozy. Very clean. Both bedrooms had an attached private bath which was perfect for our group. Our overall experience was excellent, and we would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Isle of Palms.

I only gave 3 stars for check in because the lady at the main gate was not very professional. This was no fault of the owners and not a big issue. Just make sure to give your name on the reservation to the gate personnel.
Overall the property is as described and very clean. Close to the beach and 30 mins from Charleston.
We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen.
I loved the back patio where I could sit with my coffee and enjoy the bird life and other creatures like deer and a Racoon!
The owners were great at communicating and left us a little welcome gift!

The property is in a very good location - an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and overlooking the tennis centre on one side and a quiet lagoon on the other. Nice terrace. We used IOPbeachchairs for our days on the beach - we suggest booking equipment a couple of days before to ensure availability.

We absolutely loved this place! It felt like a home away from home. The location is amazing! We loved having the tennis courts right by, and a 5 minute walk to the beach was awesome! We went over Spring Break, and it was a very quaint area…not crowded at all! The condo was very clean and accommodating for our family. We hope to stay here again!

I am a repeat visitor to wild dunes. This condo is more of a townhome in my opinion. There are stairs in this unit which was a slight issue since I have a small child. I would have brought a child gate had this feature been more obvious in the listing; that was really my only concern. Otherwise this was a nicely decorated home in a great location. The welcome snacks were a nice touch. Thank you for providing dish soap/pods/ laundry pods!

This was my first Vrbo/vaca rental experience. My stay was pleasant and the pics turned out to be a great representation of the property. Communication with the host was easy and prompt.
My only caveat was issue with the bedroom TV. The TV appeared to be in some sort of lock mode and would not turn channels. We could only get 1 nascar channel with no option to go into settings for a reset/option. Reached out to the host who was responsive with suggestions but none worked and we just decided to just go to sleep each night. But this was a bit annoying for someone who likes to watch TV in bed and sometimes uses the TV to fall asleep at night. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was good. All necessities were available for cooking, beach outings, and game nights. My rating would be 4.5 if there were half options due to the TV but other than that my expectations were met.

The beach was filled with wild life. We found live (starfish, sand dollars, and conchs.) A wonderful location to take the family and minutes from great food. The condo is great for a family of 4. Super clean and a fun design near the marsh.

I highly recommend this property. It was perfect accommodations for me and my 3 young boys. The place was super clean and convenient for all the Wild Dunes amenities. Easy beach access, heated pool, Wild Dunes pavilion, tennis/basketball courts were right outside the front door. Hopefully I will be staying here again in the future. Thanks for everything!

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and me and our son and grandson. We were in IOP for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The ballpark was a 30 minute drive from the condo. Baseball in the morning and beach time in the afternoon was a great combination. Short walk to the beach-all level walking. There are 2 or 3 restaurants beside Harris Teeter with delicious fresh seafood and outdoor seating. We loved Long Island Cafe and The Refuge. It was great not to have to leave the island to get really good seafood. The condo was very very clean. The bed linens were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Very, very clean. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and bedding. Well stocked. Our only issue was difficulty using the sports card to access the fitness facility. We were unable to find anyone who could sell us passes, including the property hosts. I would ask them to sort this out if using fitness facilities is a priority. Otherwise this property is highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We love the location, and the condo is always clean and ready for our arrival. Just a couple suggestions….please consider providing a few more clean bath towels. It’s nice to have the option of doing laundry, but I don’t love HAVING to do laundry right away. Also, the glass, hi-top barrel table on the patio is really cool, but always makes me so nervous with the kids. I’d love if this property had a table and chairs patio set.

The Charburgh Yatch Club was the perfect beach getaway for our young family. The beach was a 3 minute walk, and a playground a minute walk. The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the welcome wine bottle and cookies, and enjoyed spending time in the balcony in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The internet was fast for streaming content and there were a LOT of choices on cable TV in the living room and bedroom. We would definitely consider the Charburgh Yatch Club for our future visits to the area, as this condo will be perfect as our kids get older - there is space in the condo, and a lot of activities for kids and adults in close vicinity.

Had a great time here for our first IPO visit, will definitely return. This house was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, all the accommodations you need; having 2 full baths was great. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time here! I wasn’t sure at first but the the walk to the beach is actually really easy. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning and slept very well on comfy beds. We would happily stay again!
