This property gave no indication in the listing that it was in a trailer park. All the units around we’re in a terrible state of disrepair due to the hurricane. No listing was made to the fact. It should not be rented at this time. The carpet was disgusting. To their credit they did have somebody come in and clean it when we complained. But we should not have had to of even mentioned that. It needs to be changed. There is no way this unit should be charging this amount of money for what they are presenting . The reason the outside front is not shown is it would let you know that it is in a trailer park. Your heart goes out to all these people that I’ve had such a struggle with the hurricane damage, but it should be noted. Very disappointing. We came along way , and this is the worst property we’ve ever stayed in. The view from the back porch however is nice and if you had a boat that is nice. But highly overpriced.

This was a Fun stay just a short boat ride to all the action in Sanibel. We also discovered many closer and private places to just waste the day away. The home is on Stilts and has Pool table below which we used quite often as well. The home is positioned nicely on a cute canal system, where my kids had a blast catching trout and snapper even seen a snook, to bad we couldn't get him! The kids had a blast fishing from the dock out back also! Home is perfectly clean with full kitchen and 2 full baths! Definitely would recommend for anyone not looking to pay Sanibel prices but still have that island feel!
