About this apartment rental
This stunning penthouse with terrace and private parking is located in the heart of Malaga center right next to the city's picturesque market Atarazanas. This holiday home features a bright, large living room with sofa, dining table, armchairs, flat screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with outdoors furniture, Jacuzzi and a lovely view. One the main floor, you will also find a double bedroom (160x200cm), with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The stairs in the living room lead you up to the 1st floor, where you will find a large second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and two wardrobes as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. The property features free high-speed internet. Private parking is available in the same building for 15 € per day. IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the severe water shortage, ongoing drought in Andalusia and local water restrictions for non-essential use, the jacuzzi will not be available for the foreseeable future.

Very modern, clean apartment. It is ideally located in the city centre surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. It is very private, peaceful and situated in a beautiful building. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The property does not have a functioning hot tub, despite it being listed and photographed. This was dissapointing and also means that the terrace is dominated by a large covered hot tub. This has been escalated to the property manager but no response yet.
Otherwise the property was nice and well appointed. It gets quite hot in the sun but there is air conditioning.
The location is great and the check in was smooth and friendly.

A gorgeous apartment in a perfect location. Beautiful decor, well equipped, comfortable beds and very quiet. The Solaga team were so helpful and kind. A special mention for Carlos in particular. We hope to come back some day.

We have visited Malaga three times now and always choose a Solaga property. They advertise accurately and maintain lovely rentals. This was no exception. The home is comfortable and bright. The terrace is lovely and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a perfect hot tub for two and we kept it on the cooler side since it was a warm week. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and baths are spacious and comfortable. Solaga is great at communicating prior to and during your stay. We will always use them when we visit Costa del Sol.

Beds super comfy, great showers, fantastic terrace. Right next to an amazing market with the best produce/seafood you’ll ever find. Having a parking space in the building was awesome.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Malaga. Alex and the team at Solaga were welcoming and had great customer service throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised and in the center of everything we wanted to do and explore.

The best all round. In the heart of the old city, a block from central market, walk everywhere including the harbour/beach. Great space and light. Worth every Euro.

Location was excellent for exploring the city center and museums. Well appointed apartment with no surprises. Easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.

The terrace was great & got sun in the morning-afternoon. The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet at night. My only tip would be to leave written instructions for the hot tub. Thank you for sending Albert out to sort it for us. Also, maybe some more cutlery. My husband is a diabetic so we had breakfast & sometimes lunch at home but we always ran out of cutlery. We are already looking at going back for Halloween break next year. We loved our stay in your apartment. Hopefully next year my daughter won’t be on crutches 😀

We enjoyed our stay in Malaga immensely, especially with the location of this apartment! We were just down from the beautiful fresh market, within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. There are many fantastic restaurants close by as well. The unit is clean, comfortable, and the outdoors terrace is fantastic. We had a glitch with our door lock one evening, and they came and helped us with that as quickly as they could get there. Good communication and great hosts! Thank you!

The apartment is perfectly situated in the center of town, but without city noise. The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable.

A really fabulous apartment in a great location close to restaurants, cafes and all the sights Malaga has to offer. The communication was excellent, before and during our stay. It was very clean and as advertised and the hot tub was perfect.
