Nestled in the gated community of Seabrook Island, the 3BR/3BA Five Oaks Coastal Cottage features a sunny and open floor plan. Kick back on a spacious deck nestled among the shade trees. Host an afternoon cookout while admiring views of the 4th fairway on the Ocean Winds Golf Course. For a nominal fee, enjoy access to luxe amenities such as two pools, professional-grade golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, boat and bike rentals, and a fitness center. LIVING AREA The sunny living area features a 50” flat-screen TV and ample plush furnishings. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable meals in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of cookware. Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the eight-person table. BED & BATH This home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the peaceful master suite, which offers a king-size bed, 40” flat-screen TV, and deck access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is configured with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 36” smart TV. The third bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The spacious deck overlooks the 4th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. The deck features plenty of cushioned seating among the gorgeous shade trees. Amenities can be accessed for an added daily fee of $25 per group or a weekly fee of $150 per group. Seabrook Island amenities include a year-round indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, two professional-grade golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, boat and bike rentals, a fitness center, and on-island restaurants. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. This single-story home is accessed via four steps at the entryway. THE LOCATION Dining and shopping can be found 4 miles away at Freshfields Village. Or enjoy a historic tour followed by dinner in downtown Charleston. The river and beach are situated within a short drive home. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This home had lots of space and things to do inside or outside. Bent Twig is a dead end road safe to bike on with small children or roller skate. The driveway had great parking space. Outside was an adult saint hung from a strong tall tree. Outside the master BR door was a hammock for resting back and a patio with multiple doors with lots of comfy furniture. Inside all rooms are spacious with a relaxing sofa and chairs and ottomans for all. Multiple flat screen TVs with plenty of access to streaming and live TV. Games for the family. Kitchen stocked with basic needs in the cabinet and we really enjoyed the white vinegar for the jellyfish sting. Lots of dishes and cookware and serving pieces. A great laundry area too. It was the perfect stay. Thank you Davidson family for sharing it!

We stayed for 4 nights and everyone had plenty of room! There were even some spices in the cabinet which made dinner an easy fix! It was beautifully clean inside but the deck was a little disappointing. Needs some serious TLC. So we didn’t spend much time there. Overall it was a wonderful area lovely beach and close to the best shopping village!
