It was just like you probably keep your own home, very nice place. You probably don't live in a neighborhood like this diamond In the Sea, but we never felt unsafe at all. Management company was wonderful and worked with us on dates as we had a medical situation delay us.

Property it self was awesome, master bedroom incredible, master bathroom espectacular, very good service kitchen, safe garage, comfortable rooms, clean installations and a very kind of Colorado touch on Texas.

The property was overall decent for the reason we needed it for. You could tell it was brand new and just built with all new appliances, flooring, furniture, etc. However, the neighborhood itself seemed a bit sketchy with the area of town we were in. The fence we were told was finishing being built upon our arrival but should be done before check-in, was not finished whatsoever. The fence was not fully around the property as there were no gates or closings on either side. We brought our dogs and they were not able to fully use the backyard, without close supervision, because of this. They came back Saturday afternoon to finish, our final night there. There was also a huge ant issue, it got so bad that our dogs food bowls were covered in ants and we had to throw away the food. There was a serious gnat problem in the bathroom as well as throughout the house, there was also a few large spiders. The Dishwasher was not bolted and when loading dishes would tip over and come out of cabinet area completely. The ceiling fan in master bedroom appeared to have been installed incorrectly as no air was circulating, and the temperature was extremely warm. I reached out to the property manager with these concerns and received no response. Lots of kinks to work out for a first time guest, we didn't mind but would have expected better customer service from the property management company.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had a very smooth checkin and checkout. The house was very welcoming and had a very spacious backyard for entertainment. The neighborhood was quite, We would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was perfect for our family. We really appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay perfect. The location was great, it is so close to the boat ramp and park. We got to meet some of the locals, who were so kind. This house and the memories we made were so special. We will be coming back for years to come!
