The convenience of having a powder room downstairs is fantastic as well. The owners have provided a Port-a-cot, high chair and bassinet for the convenience of young families travelling. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet and the property provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and single garage for a small vehicle only and driveway parking for the second vehicle. Please take care on the bottom part of the driveway as there is a slight incline. At the end of the street there is a playground with basketball 1/2 size court, undercover bench seating and bike paths.
