We loved the outdoor space even in the rain we were able sit on the covered porch and enjoy the rain.
The heated floors were awesome, especially taking showers on cold mornings (they were even cozy).
Easy access to freeway and close to Oliver's grocery store (my favorite in the area).
Just a note that the water in the tub drained slowly, you might want to get that checked.
All in all a great quiet place to stay.

The house is in close proximity to Windsor and Bricoleur Vineyard, and an easy drive to the rest of the valley or Napa. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space is incredible and wraps 360 degrees around the house. The house itself is, indeed, a cottage and has two bedrooms (even though it is listed as one). The kitchen is great and well stocked with everything you need. The living room is small but comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are actual cotton and have a variety of pillows. There is one bathroom separating the two rooms. It is very small. The water pressure is not great, and the drain cannot quite keep up with the water. The house is as advertised and there are no surprises if you read the added input from reviews. Again, the outdoor space is really special and even better than the pictures.

This is a very beautiful property in Windsor near to all wineries and hiking in Sonoma Valley. The check in process was super simple. Hosts were attentive. Loved the hot tub after a day of hiking and wine tasting. Took a little time to figure out radiant heat but it ended up working out. The bed was comfortable too. It was cold this trip so we did not get to enjoy the outside yard much but i can tell it would be nice on warmer days.

In the area for some wine tasting. The Red Rooster was so nice, it was difficult to leave! The outside area is phenomenal with so many options. Inside there was a very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Close proximity to many wineries and Healdsburg. Overall a wonderful stay. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Check in process was easy. Walking into the gate, I immediately was in love with the property. The flowers were beautiful. The outdoor kitchen was cute. The hot tub was a perfect end to days of sightseeing. The house was adorable- very clean. It was on the cooler side the week we were here, and there were plenty of blankets to use while lounging and sleeping. We would most definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

I was very pleased with this house. I was looking for a nice outdoor space to mingle and enjoy with family. Inside cleanliness was well done but the outside space could use some trimming and cleaning. All the tables had bird poop and the fountain by the front door had blood in it from an animal killing another animal. Found several bones around the property. Made for an interesting look but wasn't hindering the overall experience. The garbage disposal needs replacement. It wouldnt drain water. The beds were VERY comfortable and the hot tub was a nice addition to the house. I would definitely book again. I grew up in Healdsburg and my sister lives with her husband's family so we wanted a place close by and this was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Group of four adults in town for wine tastings. This house was in a great location and was plenty spacious. Loved using the hot tub in the afternoon. Would return if in town again!

Five stars across the board! Super clean, fun yard and great hot tub. Beautiful wisteria that smelled incredible. BBQ was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were wine tasting during the day and came home to relax each night. Good restaurants and stores very nearby. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for my friend and I, and would be great for two couples. The house is small but well laid out with an open concept, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. We were very comfortable.
The parking was good and easy, and the location worked well for us...close to Hwy. 101, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor space looked great, but the weather did not allow us to enjoy it. Hope to come back in warmer weather.
The hosts were very responsive, and we received timely answers to our questions. Great little place!!

When we arrived at the property it was 47 degrees inside. I’m not sure why the heat wasn’t turned on prior to our arrival given then sign on the wall acknowledging that it could take up to a day to warm the house, but it continued to be a problem when we could not get the heat to kick on at all. The communication we received when texting with the help line was generic in nature, even including a warning that sometimes the bedrooms get too warm! Despite being told our concern was marked as urgent and that the local property managers would reach out, we never did hear from them. Many, many attempts at trouble shooting later, we were finally able to get it to kick on. It’s too bad because the house and property are otherwise lovely.

We had a few challenges - the first day we had to use every blanket in the house to stay warm until the house warmed up (due to radiant heated floors, it can take a full day to warm up), but after that it was warm. Our next issue was ants in the bathroom, where we couldn’t have anything on the floor without getting ants on clothing, bath mat, etc. Outside space was great, kitchen was roomy.

This was a beautiful property so close to Healdsburg. Wish our stay was longer!

Newly updated home was so clean and comfortable! Radiant heat in the floors kept the temperature perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub outside and the yard fire pit. I’ve never seen a rental kitchen so well stocked with gadgets and tools - extra foil, plastic bags, teas, coffee - it was really nice to have some of those extras - even a pizza pan for our take and bake! We loved it hope to stay here again!

Clean, spacious and comfortable. From the fully equipped kitchen, to the throw blankets in every room, to the hot tub and attractive outdoor shower, to the comfortable and cozy beds, we felt so welcomed. So much careful thought has gone into anticipating every need of your guests. In addition to complete sets of dishes and cooking tools, there was a hearty supply of cooking ingredients in the cupboards and several networks available on the TV Well done!

This house is spectacular. I have never stayed in a vrbo or airbnb as amazing as this. I prefer using vrbo because of the quality of listings anyways. The pictures dont do it justice and this would be my dream place to live when I retire. Ten out of 10! Actually more than that. We will definetly be coming back.
