Instalaciones muy cuidadas, un hotel grande y bueno en relación precio calidad totalmente! Mantienen la estructura del hotel renovada siempre, la ubicación es buena aunque si hay que estar en auto. Porque en Asunción todo está lejos de todo. Para ir al centro nuevo donde está por ejemplo el shopping del sol, se está a 7km. La atención es muy buenas, el Wifi funciona muy bien, te cargan agua para el mate, y el desayuno es muy completo también. La presión del agua para bañarse es buenísima y que el horario para retirarse del hotel sea a las 12 del medio día es buenisimoooooo ya que te permite estirar más el hotel ese último día.

La puerta del baño no cerraba bien, ese es un pequeño gran problema, el desayuno es de 07 a 09, muy temprano para mí gusto. Debería de ser hasta las 10. La piscina estaba en reparación y el garaje si bien tiene cámaras está muy raro, te da ganas más de dejarlo en la calle.

El desayuno sencillo, pero confortable. El personal muy amable y colaborador.

I usually choose this hotel when I want to stay in the old downtown area especially for it's nice quaint hotel structure and the roof top restaurant, bar and pool. Only this time ...

... it was heart-wrenching to see this formerly nice hotel become so lifeless. It may well be the fault of the CCP virus and the government lockdowns, but I've been in other hotels in Paraguay that aren't so run down. They used to have a great roof top restaurant and bar by the pool, and now none of that is open. I am sorry to have to rate this so bad, but I really left after one night because it wasn't worth the money in the state it was in. I would come back when this lockdown slump is over hoping they'd come back to full business.
