The location of the rental is great, a few houses from the beach and a few houses from Downtown Arbor. It's a big, roomy and comfortable house. All the natural wood inside and outside is perfect for the north woods. The big deck out back is nice too, we ate all meals outside.

The house was VERY dirty. I have rented many dog friendly houses and this was the dirtiest BY FAR. The corners were filled with dog hair, debris and bugs. (I sent photo samples to the local vacasa office). There were cobwebs everywhere. We started cleaning as soon as we arrived and spent the next 3 days cleaning everything. The vacuum was completely blocked, so that means any vacuuming that happened there was less than sufficient. My guess is the cleaners only swept the traffic areas, emptied dish washer, changed sheets in left. The house needs a top down DEEP CLEAN.
