Great location! Short walk to the old town and beach. The pictures don’t do this place justice - it’s a large apartment with everything you need. The washing machine was especially handy for us. The hosts are super lovely and helpful. We would recommend to anyone to stay here if you’re thinking of Kotor! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Wonderful and very friendly hosts. Comfortable, clean apartments with all necessary. Internet is good enough for work. It even has electric kettle and washing machine. Terrace is calm and cozy. There is beautiful fig tree. Great location.

We had such a great stay here for our week in Kotor! The hosts are extremely kind and made us feel like part of their family while we were there. Awesome location near to Kotor Beach, easy walk into the old town area, and beautiful views of the bay from the apartment. Full kitchen to cook if you want to, and the AC was great for the summer heat. Easily recommended - book it now if you see this place available!!

Very comfortable room with a kitchen. The hosts are lovely people and we were welcomed and made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Easy walk to the old town and grocery store, beautiful view of the mountains from the garden.

very spacious / comfy apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. you are able to park your and walk to the old town, about 5 min walking. Very attentive hosts ready to help. I imagine it should really nice summer with the garden just in front.

Shower needs better isolation to not let the water out. it would be if the house had sign/mark, even Google sends you close to the house it’s not easy to find specially if you are by car. It would be good for the host to provide those details. Even though we had AC the room quite cold.

The apartment has everything you need to rest and relax. Having a comfortable bed, the room temperature was good in winter, the bathroom and shower were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners and their family were extremely kind to us, they invited us to their house to celebrate Christmas and have a coffee and talk. The apartment is also located close to the beach, the mountains and the old town of Kotor. Will definitely come back next time. We are grateful for everything, Ricardo and Juana

The owners are amazing people! They offered us coffee in their own apartments many times. In front of the apartment there is a huge garden with view.

The host was really kind and friendly. She even offered us wine and that was definitely a nice start of the stay. I love how it had enough space for everything with the limited size. The bed was really comfy. The price was really affordable.

The room was a bit cold and it did not have enough condiment for cooking. The location was a bit far from old town.

Let’s start with the apartment: it is spacious, very clean, well stocked kitchen, has a washing machine. The bed is very comfortable and there’s a sitting room with a tv, as well as a table and chairs outside to enjoy the view. The water is hot and never ran out whilst I was there. It’s a short stroll to the old town and there’s several supermarkets quite close. The bonus: the family is so lovely and welcoming. They will make you feel very welcome and are very helpful if you need anything. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Google maps will not send you to the right place. Ask for explicit instructions before you arrive. Once you know, it’s easy to find.

The hosts were sooooo good to us. They called us to their home and offered us homemade wine which we really appreciate. They spoke to us so well about Kotor and also spoke about our country. The rooms were sparkling clean. They also let us keep our baggage for almost a day after checkout. We are very thankful and would love to host the family whenever they visit our country India. The location of the house is also walking distance from Old Town

What a stay it was! Hosts are really great People and the hospitality is on the highest possible level! Apartment is really spacious, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. If we decide to come again to Kotor, we will stay again in Bucin apartments:)

Parking space is not private but is just by the apartment so it was not a problem for us, but I think that it is worth to mention.

Nice apartment, much nicer than on photographs. Hospitality beyond words - like you came to visit your relatives. Few minutes walk from old town. Very comfortable bed. Great value for money!

I don't see how to rate this apartment 12 out of 10 but it really deserved it. The hosts were beyond amazing, making it feel like I was staying with long lost relatives. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the old town but tucked back in a quiet area. You can see the water from the windows and porch. I would go back to Kotor just to spend more time in this place. Tip: To get to this apartment walking from the old town, follow the main road until a set of old concrete stairs on the right side. It's an easier way to get to this place than following the hilly neighborhood streets that most map apps will point you towards.

Wonderful apartments, which in life are much more beautiful than in the photo. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator and hairdryer. The owner is just incredibly hospitable and friendly, always ready to help and do everything for a pleasant stay. Very close to the sea. I recommend 100% and will definitely be back.
