One of the best mini breaks I've had. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners of the property who showed us around the apartment and provided us with useful information regarding the local area, places to eat etc. The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of the beach in the front and the marina and town in the back. The location granted easy access to the town but was quiet in the evenings and at night. We particularly enjoyed hearing the sound of the waves on the beach and watching the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

During our stay we enjoyed excellent weather so the beach was busy, which meant parking could be difficult at certain times of the day. This wasn't really a major issue for us as we chose to walk everywhere. However this could be a problem for those wanting to explore outside of the town.

The best place to stay in town.

The perfect location in Aberystwyth. Everything about my stay was great, not least the very comfortable bed - plenty of pillows - no silly cushions!

Seabrin - a brilliant place to stay.

Warm welcome, apartment luxury standard and superbly clean plus the view from the lounge bay window of the beach and all of Cardigan bay is stunning. I highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

There was absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Simply Wow!! Fantastic location! Sea view exceeded expectations. Exceptional accommodation, with cleanliness to match. Very spacious and extremely comfortable, we stayed in the loft apartment. Marcie, the host, was so friendly and welcoming, giving plenty of helpful information. We did not want to leave. We enjoyed it so very much. We will definitely return. Thank you so much, Marcie.

Great stay

It was a self catering appartment. Quite a descent size too. The views was outstanding. Everything was clean & sterile. The bed very comfortable. The owners very friendly. Location near to all amenities, & town centre

Wonderful apartment with breathtaking sea view

You will not find a better sea view in Wales than this. Sometimes 'sea view' means a distant sliver of grey-blue in a gap between two buildings, but at Seabrin there is literally nothing between your bay window and the shingle beach except two pavements and a road. This means, if it's high tide and you're very lucky (and we were) you can sit inside and watch dolphins playing right in front of you. It's breathtaking. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated with dozens of books to read. The kitchen has everything you could want (with instructions), and there is a good, walk-in shower. Station, town centre and pier are all within walking distance, but Seabrin itself is down towards the harbour, well away from any noisy late-night revellers. Very heartily recommended.

If we stay again (and we might) we'll probably go for the first floor apartment rather than second as the stairs are a bit of a climb for folks of a certain age.

Heddwch

This property is central to town and beach. Woke up to the sounds of the sea, and a view of pink edged clouds. Took a morning stroll but didnt get far because of the really friendly coffee bar virtually on the doorstep. Castle Ruins and promenade had to wait. Whether to be curled up in front of the 'fire' on a big leathet sofa or gazing out at surf and sea bathers this experience i hope will be repeated often. I felt completely relaxed and at peace. Thankyou Marise for your warmth and welcome.

Nothing at all, i tend to rate a place by its cleanliness, decor and comfort. Great shower, comfortable bed. Hard to fault Seabrin.

My best ever experience at a property at booking.com

Everything , The staff at the seabrin were one of the best staff I have ever came across from the first day to the last day they were nothing less than angels I can't think of anything wrong or bad to say because they were nothing than perfect. I will definitely book seabrin on my next visit to aberystwyth.

Excellent, magnificent and brilliant in every way!

The location was exceptional: across the street from the beach, within walking distance of the town centre and the castle ruins. The room had everything we could ever need. It was clean, comfortable and had an excellent view. The host was friendly and helpful. She was willing to answer all of our questions and even had a booklet on hand with lots of useful information. If you love books like we do, then you will adore this property as several book cases adorn the stairs on the way to the rooms. You are also welcome to read them which is magnificent. Truly a special place that we can't wait to book again!

Excellent flat with stunning view

The flat was amazing and everything was perfect. It was very clean and had everything you need. The host was very friendly and kind. She gave us so many recommendations about what to visit and where to eat. On top of everything the view was stunning. Literally our whole experience was 10/10.

The property was 10 feet from the beach and we had a window seat overlooking the sea where we sat and watched dolphins in the bay! The property was absolutely spotless, and had lots of lovely details, really comfortable mattresses and lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities. The host was lovely and super generous (we even were able to take away any books we started from the ample library). Simply wonderful!

I love Aberystwyth and I’d stay at Seabrin again. I’d bring my own bring my own bedding though.

It’s in a great location with wonderful views out to sea and across Cardigan Bay.

I am REALLY not a fan of poly-cotton bedding. It’s always a bit awkward when there are no kitchen basics (like salt) and one has to buy them even for a short stay.

Exceptional

The host met us on arrival. the accomodation is an apartment within their home. the Apartment was really lovely and overlooked the sea which was over the road. we sat in the kitchen in the morning watching the dolphins from the window. no issues with parking out on the street - plenty of spaces. A very relaxing place to stay

Our first visit visit to Aberystwyth, very enjoyable.

The location was perfect. The owners lived on site and were very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean accommodation.

A welcome pack of milk and bread would have been helpful along with the tea and sugar that was provided.

It was clean and bright, with a really comfortable bed and all that could be needed for our stay. Plus, it was on the seafront, just across the road.

A lovely, comfortable, spacious apartment with very good facilities.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the lounge overlooked the sea. Ornaments and fittings were attractive. There were lots of books. A jug of milk was kindly provided on arrival.

I can't really criticise anything.

Lovely hosts! Fab location!

Our hosts were very friendly. Our short break felt like a home away from home. Location was absolutely perfect as were we right on the beachfront and only 5 minutes walk from town.

We were happy to get away after such a long time so there was nothing that we didn't enjoy.
