Ruhiges Haus, Stellplatz für´s Auto, Keller für Fahrräder, Fahrstuhl, Balkon, Ausblick auf den Rhein. Küche hat alles, was man braucht.

Die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnbereich war zwar modern aber total unbequem. Sehr niedrig, hart und durchgesessen. Auch die Matratzen waren zuviel durchgelegen.

Comfortable, big, clean,vide nice enterier and balcony with perfect view. Very close to metro station (3 minutes walk) Mr. Cristian very frendly,open and ready to help. We wold definitivly come again.

Parking place could be small depends on type car you have (problem can be with SUV and bigger..)

The apartment is amazing the balcony exceptional. Better than expected and bigger than it looks in the photo's. Supper clean and modern with everything that you need. Excellent cleaning service half way through our stay. Dog friendly and safe. Generous and very helpful hosts. Lovely area with easy access to many other places with or without a car. Linz is a picturesque tourist spot. We stayed for 17 days and found great restaurants within walking distance and within easy drive. Off the beaten track very German with no other British tourists so very authentic.
