The area and location and the property itself
1- Breakfast was included in the price, but we were informed that it was not available.
2- The booking price is incorrect. We were asked top Pay 19% more due to local taxes. In the booking page it is clearly stated that the p[rice shown is the full price that we will be charged. That is a false statement.
3- Checking out was a nightmare. There were no employees available. We had to wait half and hour to be able to do the check out.
