Absolutely perfect setting for a week's exploration of the area. We were very comfortable. Had to adjust a bit for 4 adults using 1 bathroom but we knew that in advance. The restaurant and service recommendations were very good.

The one downside was not being able to find a channel with local/current news. Learning the Apple remote and how sensitive it is was a challenge that we overcame. Somehow in our planning, we had no notion of the attractions in Cripple Creek and Victor and unfortunately tried to go on the "shelf road" from Canon City. Beautiful but slow and tense drive and we were too tired to partake when we got there.
