L'emplacement en centre ville est parfait, très bien aussi d'avoir du thé et du café disponibles dans la chambre. Lits confortables. Possibilité de choisir lits doubles ou lits simples.
D'après la description, nous pensions qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel avec petit déjeuner possible sur place. En fait ce sont des chambres à louer avec accueil par WhatsApp (pas de réception) et le seul endroit pour prendre un petit déjeuner un dimanche matin de janvier est situé à 250m. A notre arrivée la chambre et la salle de bain n'étaient pas chauffée. Nous pensions d'après les photos que les chambres avaient vue sur la Meuse, la nôtre avait vue sur la falaise, donc déception. Quelques équipements étaient défectueux (lumière dans le hall d'entrée de la chambre, et le carrelage au sortir de la douche qui s'enfonçait si on marchait dessus). La salle de bain était petite pour 4 personnes. Tout cela n'est pas très gênant pour une nuit, c'est juste que le prix nous paraît exagéré pour la saison, la qualité du logement et l'accueil impersonnel (bien qu'efficace).

Ótima localização, bem no centro de Dinant. Ao lado de restaurantes e comércio. Cama muito confortável. Pode-se estacionar o carro na praça em frente.
O acesso ao apartamento é por escada.. estávamos com malas grandes, mas tudo bem.

Property pretends to be hotel but is locked apartment with no reception. We were not able to enter and had to stay at different hotel. Gentleman who answered phone was rude and not helpful. No parking for bicycles.

Great location in the heart of the village. spacious room with comfy bed, coffee-machine and fridge, good internet, room and bathroom very clean.

Amazing location, it is very centrally located. Being able to open up the big bay windows and look out over the river was blissful.
The building is just very old. It's understandable, but comes with challenges: poor water pressure, saggy/creaky floors, etc.

The view of the river and Citadel were amazing from this room. The room was very spacious and comfy! The binder of breakfast options was a really nice touch for people trying to find something to eat in the morning.

The hotel location is perfect. Exactly in the center of Dinant. The suit room and family room where we were in were provided with kitchen set and the cutleries, so it's very convenient. The beds are also comfortable.
The stairs are too steep. Not suitable voor elderly people. The body shower gel in the bathrooms was almost run out.
