Un très bel hébergement à quelques minutes du mont Orford et Magog. Jacuzzi et sauna bien entretenu et propres.

Une bûche biologique devait être fournis dans le forfait et il n’y en avait pas. Ont m’a avisé que la commande n’avait pas été livré et m’a conseillé d’aller à la halte routière pour m’en procurer mais ils n’en vendaient pas …le spa et le foyer était les 2 critères important pour moi …j’ai donc été déçu de ne pas pouvoir m’en servir et si j’avais été avisé avant peut être que mon choix ce serait arrêter à un autre endroit donc un peu déçu mais tout le reste était parfait !

The cleanliness, it’s modern and nice. The spa and the sauna were also a great value.

No, just the sauna that needed to be ignited before use and we didn’t realize that.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. I haven't stayed anywhere that was cleaner than this apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the appliances looked brand new and worked well. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting on the chairs at the kitchen counter eating our snacks and talking about our day. My daughter was able to have the bedroom to herself and I slept on the very comfy sofa bed. The apartment had a balcony to sit out on, the shower had a rainfall showerhead, there were two hot tubs on the property as well as an outdoor sauna. I felt we got good value for our money.

Wifi was only available in the common areas, not in our room. The door to the apartment was hard to open. We didn't know how to operate the thermostat and found the room too cold at the beginning. We stayed in room 204. It would have been nice to have our balcony facing the back of the property instead of the road.

Fireplace. Self check in/out was easy. Cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. Dinnerware,ustensils,etc was in abundance. Location was great.

Staff was non-existant. Fireplace only had one log, however it was mentionned before arriving. Bed was smaller than i expected but sheets were comfy.
