1.) Front office check in was great, but our experience quickly changed as we checked into our hotel room late at night.
Our hotel room was on the ground floor level and when we opened our hotel room door we were surprised by a wide open window with no screen and a bed that looked like someone had just climbed out of. The bedding and bed were a mess and the room looked like someone had just been in it previously.
Issue was resolved: The front desk offered us another room, but the experience made us feel a bit uneasy after that.
2.) At breakfast we came into a breakfast room that had nothing but breads. It was still well over an hour before breakfast was ending. You had your choice of breads and waffles and that’s it. When asked if they were going to provide more varieties of breakfast items besides breads, we were told no and that they had ran out of breakfast items a few days prior to our arrival. We felt this was something that should have been disclosed at check in, especially since there are neighboring hotels at the same price point with better hotel amenities.

The staff was amazing and friendly, and the room was clean and decorated nicely. The pool was clean and the food was good—some safety concerns though. We were given an occupied room in error. I felt awful for the poor mom and son whom we walked into while they were sleeping in bed. There was an altercation that required police involvement on site (no fault of the staff or hotel and doesn't affect my rating) but just out of precaution, I had my daughter safety latch the door while I went out. When I got back, I forgot about the latch and keyed into the room and opened the door, the latch did nothing to stop the door from opening and pushed right open. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!

Heater did not work. Outlet was melted. Brought to the front desk girls attention but didn’t seem to care much. Had to evacuate the week before due to fire alarms going off. No communication. Waited at front desk for 35 minutes before someone came to help.

The room itself was good - clean, comfortable, basic but good, price is lower than others in the area. However, lots of details were just ok. The door to the parking area was “broken” so you had to walk to reception to get in and out. The “free breakfast” was terrible. We arrived around 8 or so on a Sunday morning and they were out of everything. No coffee cups. One piece of (dried up) sausage and some cereal. There was nothing in the fridge -no yogurt and nothing fresh at all. It was all dry or heavy carbs. Really dismal. And there was not a person in sight to ask for anything!

Motel was clean and staff were friendly. One of my concerns was only the shower worked and I could not fill the bath tub. The other was the mattress sagged a bit.

Propert was in a convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a diner right across the parking lot and also another across the street. A few fast food places within a quick drive. Would stay again.

Nice large room. Had a desk and a couch. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and nice counter area. Plenty of plug-ins for computers, phones,etc.

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were not comfy at all, and it was very out-dated and musty. The outside door sensor was not working so we had to haul all of our stuff back around through the front.

The employees were very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was some kind of food/sauce spilled on one side of a bed but didn't bother us. There was also a Starbucks cup left under the bed. Not a big deal but we noticed it. The breakfast was great!

Check in time is a few hours later than I'm used to at other hotels. Last morning we were woken up by the fire alarm malfunctioning because of water damage. The front lobby ceiling and roof was leaking everywhere you looked. The free breakfast was good.

Upon entering the room, there was a cigarette smell. It wasn’t terrible and opening up a window helped. After 2 days, 3 staff members came to our door to tell us we were smoking in our room. We confirmed with them only one of us smokes and they have been going outside every time. They were admitted we were and we were not going to change their minds. We offered to check out and cancel the last night. They said ok. Upon turning in keys at 1:43pm they informed us we would still be charged for the night because we missed check out by 43 minutes. They were unwilling work with us in any way and poorly communicated the process of checking out early.

The roll away bed was very uncomfortable abd the mattress was very thin I could feel the springs on my back all night long. I reserved a deluxe king suite abd there was suppose to be a sleep sofa in the room but it was just a regular couch and so they bought me a roll away bed instead but it was no comfortable. The room was okay but it had a smell to it.
