I had to pay for parking which I did not know ahead of time. I was not happy to discover that at check in.

Stay was a one-night stay prior to flying out of ATL. It close to airport making it very convenient.

Too bad to say.

First I didnt like paying $75 for an early check in. I thought that was excessive. The first wasnt cleaned and ready to be used After paying $75 EXTRA. But eventually I was given a decent room and had a comfortable overnight stay. Next time I will nap uietly at the airport and wait until 3 pm.

The hotel has an excellent free breakfast. But it is in a poor area and there are not many restaurants or other facilities in the area. We arrived late and had to walk 1/4 mile down a dark road, to an adjacent hotel to get a hamburger. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and maintenance…chipping paint, shabby carpets, etc. and the bathroom needs upgrade as well.

Overall our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The room and hotel was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the air in our room did not get cool. No matter what we set it to it stayed at 76.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful which was so lovely after a cancelled flight and 1:00am arrival at the hotel. The morning crew were just as delightful and the free buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Rooms are standard, but not complaints. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was great and the location was great

No Shutter from internacional terminal. Resulting on more then a hour to arrive to the hotel.Was not a good experience.

Check in was a breeze, and despite being incredibly close to the airport it was a very quiet location.

It was a clean, quiet room with excellent access to the airport. Will stay again if I have another early morning flight.

Had to wait over an hour at the airport for the shuttle back to the hotel, but the hotel itself a d breakfast was very nice.

The room was clean,quiet and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport ran on the half hour which was great.

Greatly convenient and close to the airport

Overall solid, great breakfast. Shower needs repair. Everything is clean, however stains on hallway carpets and seats in the breakfast area.

They stay was very nice the rooms are very clean and cozy it’s most definitely kid friendly I’m big on bathrooms when traveling and it didn’t give me the itches it’s actually nice and the soap is DOVE EVERYTHING WHICH IS MY FAV THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY THAT SHOULD BE FIX IS INFO ON RESERVATION AND KNOWING RATHER WE TALKING TO THE PROPERTY OR AGENTS BUT IN ALL VERY STAYABLE BREAKFAST IS GOOD I WILL BE RETURNING BACK FOR MORE VISITS Oh yea the rooms a/c is ran by them but if you take a shower it will get hot and takes a little time to get back cool it’s cozy but I like my room freezing and it wasn’t but it’s not worth complaining about

They only had a room with 1 bed. Arrived at 1:30am after a long flight had to find other accommodations. What’s the point of reservations?

Convenient location to airport

Not a great stay and definitely not worth $190 a night. Our sheets smelled strongly of men’s cologne, which makes us think they were not previously changed. The bathtub had very obviously not been cleaned as well. Overall pretty gross and dated room. Would never stay again

There was no mention on Hotels.com about a $15 parking charge. This facility has it's own parking lot and we were surprised they were charging for parking. Also, a lit up entrance sign would have been helpful, as we didn't see the entrance and the exit was a closed gate. There were no hair dryers in our room and the only water fountain was in the fitness room and said for fitness room users only. It didn't work with my water bottle but the worker said the regular fountain part should work. He gave me a bottled water, so I didn't go back to try the fountain again. The shower drain could use some unclogging to avoid future guests having to stand in a pool of water while showering. Other than that, the room seemed clean and beakfast was good.

Overall my stay was quite fine. The room was clean, the staff was nice and it was quick checking in and out of the hotel. I just wished the hotel had free parking like some of the others.

Easy check in. Rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable! We had an issue with our AC. They immediately came to service and put us in a different room. Breakfast is good as well. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to yhe area!!

Do not like when room advertisement gives you one price and when you arrive there is additional parking fee

Stayed in this hotel many times to fly out Jackson Hartfield airport. Last night we arrived and it was 21° outside absolutely freezing. We waited and waited for the shuttle. It finally came, we got to the hotel checked in and the guest relations people were super friendly and helpful. Went to our room and it was freezing so we cranked the heat up full blast and I jumped in to take a scalding hot shower trying to warm up. After I got out of the shower, I got my heating pad and got into the covers and realized that the heat wasn’t working at all. We called down to the front desk they came and worked could not get it to stay on. At this point he said I can give you a room heater or I can move you to a new room. I was already in my pajamas in my bed, so I said fine just give us a heater. It did keep the room for overnight, but this is not okay.. You have to make sure are in good condition especially on night like that were so cold. My complain is that the toilet is so low it’s like a child’s toilet. Honestly it’s so hard to get up and off of. The the beds were comfortable and a nice breakfast. Beware of the iron bed rails sticking out on either side of the beds. My husband tripped over one, and I bashed my leg so Hard it broke the skin.. so close attention But I think this will be our last Stay here.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable… elevator was out of service, the other sketchy (smelled like part’s cleaner and oil) could not get it to close, had to get hotel employee to get door closed (concerning). Tv in room did not work, said it was a programming issue, tried to make coffee at 3:30am, Keurig coffee maker would not lock top, didn’t work. DISSAPOINTING!

I called to let the front desk know that due to inclement weather, my flight had been canceled and I could not make it. I called about 12:30 Am and was bluntly told that I was a no show… How would you like to rate such an experience???

I'm really glad my husband and I stayed here. It was very comfortable for the night we stayed and was really quiet. The breakfast was on point! I was surprised to see egg whites and vegetable omelets, French toast sticks, and more. I'd stay here again! I have pictures but not able to post them.

I thought this was a good choice when I booked, great location and proximity to the airport however we I checked in the gentleman at the desk announced my room number while there were other people present in the lobby. Then tried to tell me they couldn’t hear him and it was ok. As a woman traveling solo, I wasn’t comfortable and told him I wanted a different room. And that was unacceptable to verbally give out room numbers. Upon entering my room, not all the light switches worked immediately, and were not completely attached to the wall. It was clean but needs a little follow up and TLC to meet the standards I have experienced with other Holiday Inn’s. Also wasn’t aware I needed to pay for parking until I checked in especially since I filtered my reservation to include parking.

I believe that the whole building has the air conditioner issue. The room temperature could not be increased.
