Impressed with my stay. Very nice suite. Yes, it was a bit aged and needs remodeling at some point but otherwise clean and well appointed. The intake staff was fast and courteous, and departure was the same. The continental breakfast was plentiful and excellent although they had no bananas or other fruit beside apples and oranges. My only concern is I could not link my phone, tablet or computer to the LG television. Apparently, the on-demand system used is not equipped for streaming services. So, I had to use my computer to watch Netflix, YouTube and/or Prime Video. I would reserve a room here again.

When I checked in the person was friendly when I got up to the room it was wrong it wasn't the room that I had ordered I ordered a king suite with bar not a standard king okay the furniture was dirty and frayed the stains on eating table & carpet you could tell it wasn't done or cleaning because there were things I guess from the previous person underneath the desk the shower floor was slimy I thought I was going to fall when I stepped in the towels weren't fresh
I'm so disappointed I won't be staying there again and hotel.com should give me a refund or at least 50%off my next stay through hotel com

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine was unfortunately down. Overall was a very good stay!

The maintenance guy decided to vacuum the hallway at 9pm, while I was trying to go to sleep. I called the front desk to ask if they can do that during hours when people are not sleeping, and they said they can ask him to stop, but it continued for 30 minutes. Then at midnight, the couple in the next room had a screaming match for 40 minutes. The staff did nothing to get them to stop. I barely slept at all. Also the mattress was hard.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately we had a group next door that partied and whooped it up until 2:00 am. The breakfast was good and the staff kept filling it and keeping it hot. Terrible potholes in the driveway that went unnoticed in the dark until we ran into them. Overall for the price it was good and could have gotten a better review if not for our inconsiderate neighbors.

Housekeeping didn't come 2/3 days. There were crumbs and trash in my room when I checked in. The pool water was super cloudy too. However, if the room was thoroughly cleaned and housekeeping came, I'd easily give this 4 stars. The breakfast was definitely 5 stars. The suite is big and comfy. However I wouldnt consider it a kitchenette like listed. It has a mini fridge and a microwave. A sink and a super high table with 2 chairs. Not suitable for kids.

I loved the room that I booked and the hotel was nice, what I didnt like was me and my party went to pool and there was no towels, when i went to the front desk to ask for some i was told there was no more. Then we go up to the room which I booked a room that sleeps 7 people and i had 2 towels in my bathroom, when i called down and specified how many more towels was needed i was ignored and got brought up 2 more towels. Last time i checked the towels were included in with the room so i dont know what the issue was.

Hotels located in a convenient place with lots of shopping available. Staff was very friendly , helpful and welcoming. My room was barely cleaned. There was hair on the toilet seat , a leftover blue bag that I guess was a left over of previous reward members. You know the bed was made but you could see that it wasn’t fresh linen. There was water accumulated in the lobby in the elevator and signs up but it should’ve been promptly cleaned up. And to my surprise, no USB outlets except for the one in the cable box which didn’t work. Lastly, quite an expensive stay for a couple hours. Breakfast and free wifi a plus!

Check in was easy, room was very clean breakfast was good. Room furniture a little dated.

The staff was great! Friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was better than expected. The area around the hotel didn’t seem great; there was come construction (not noisy), and a closed down restaurant. But it didn’t bother us as we weren’t planning on walking around the area and rather drive to nearby attractions.

We had a really bad stay at this hotel. We will never come back and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. No customer service at hotel or Expedia.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again. it nice to have employees going above and beyond to make customers happy.

Good location, close to highway and shopping area / restaurants. Poor service, staff not friendly, room cleanliness needs improvement. Won’t stay again in future.

Why did they charge me $50 when I paid for my room thru you guys

We stopped at the front desk after we checked in to inform them that we had no toilet paper holder and and ask for extra pillows. The front desk said they bring them up and they left me extra towels. When we returned and we did get them we called and they said they did not have any extra pillows. Also in the toilet had someone else eye lashing swimming in the toilet bowl.

Close big shopping mall, quiet and sheet is soft and fine. Breakfast is ok.
