Hotel location was convenient yet didn’t get the room I had requested. I was just there to sleep on a longer trip home, so not a big deal.

Nice and clean with everything seemed like brand new (bathroom, bathtub). The bed was very comfortable. It is quite far away from highway 90 so I did not hear any noise. The heater kicked on once in a while and it is pretty loud but it did not affect my sleep. Too bad we left early without enjoying the free hot breakfast.

Was given a room on first floor, which was under construction. Impossible to access lobby through hotel, floors littered with waste, work went on until 10:00 pm and started back up at 7:00. When tried to complain the next morning, staff at desk wouldn’t give me manager’s name, and no individual was listed on business cards.

Our room was clean and comfortable would have preferred a hinged door for bathroom since the barn style door did little to block the noise and was tricky to open occasionally and was noisy. The location was perfect for our trip. After a busy day I would have liked to return to hotel to watch some television but the choice of channels was paltry and there was no guide to find out what was on so you had to keep flipping channels. I would have loved to tried the indoor pool and hot tub but there wasn’t time in our schedule

Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean. But the mattress was awful. Looong past its prime. Sagged in the middle. Like sleeping in a hole. Room 129. Avoid it if you have a bad back, LOL.

I paid for 3 queen accessible rooms and called ahead to try and get connected rooms or close together. One of us was put in a King room and the front desk clerk told me with disdain she had no idea what I paid for since I used Expedia, as if Expedia was less than. I think they gave us broken down rooms, far from one another, because we used Expedia. I sat for over an hour not noticing my phone was on a broken usb and we had to troubleshoot that our elderly companion had dead batteries in her remote and then wait for them to find the batteries. I had to put up with pranksters using the hearing impaired bell for my room.

I was on my return home from picking up my newly adopted dog and need a place that was pet friendly. This was the perfect place to be. Easy to get to from the Interstate and an easy walk or drive for any needed items. The front desk was extremely accomdating to the needs of my dog knowing of her recent hip surgery. I was a bit shocked of the additional $75 fee for having her with me. I must have missed the fee within the reservations fine print but was well worth it. The room and building is fairly new and maintained well. I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was ok. Small rooms. We asked for a king bed and a rollaway bed for 3 people and a hanicap room since my husband only has one leg. Well we got only a king bed. Hotel staff was nothing special. No maid service. Had to ask for clean towels, Rather a disapointment for a Hampton.

Room has plenty of outlets for tech. The night tables and bathroom counter had pull out surfaces for extra space to put things. Bed was comfortable and our room had a chaise lounge with lap table which was very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent workout room and large pool. Breakfast was really good, with hot items (scrambled egss, bacon and french toast sticks the morning we were there) along with Belgium waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice and hot beverages. We'll be staying here again, definitely.

The room was small, with a tiny window, fridge awkward to get into inside a cupboard that opened the opposite direction. Bathroom had a barn door and was 1 foot away from the bed. Breakfast was not good, rubbery fried eggs, nothing to measure the waffle mix, we ate at a restaurant the second day of our stay. Definitely not a $200 a night hotel.

The desk person was amazing and so helpful. Beautiful dining and sitting area! Room was pretty, clean and lots of towels just for the two of us! Loved that breakfast is served 6 to 10! And that coffee is served 24 hrs Loved this Hampton Inn

When I checked into my room I had no pillow cases, no bed sheets, refrigerator unplugged, trash like random Gatorade bottles and candy rappers, hair in the bathroom, all shampoo conditioner and lotion was already used, used towels and washclothes and no clean towels or washclothes, and out of tissues. When I contacted the front desk it took them 6 hours until I got towels and the sheets and shampoo but that was it. I was not happy and very pissed off. I would like some compensation for the room that I had and staff that I had to deal with this.
