My wife and I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in the area and this one was the best experience. We brought our small dog with us and had to pay an extra 75. Definitely liked this hotel the best around the location. The only annoyance was the room key didn't work initially, and then after I got a new room key that worked, it stopped working the next morning. Weird.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for nearly 6 weeks while trying to find a home after moving from Atlanta to Livermore (with two dogs!) and I couldn't be more grateful to the staff at Home2Suites. They were kind, patient with our needs, supportive and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spotless (we were in a double and then moved to a king.). We had everything we needed and even with two dogs, we had enough room to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Livermore area!

The room is big and so close to Costco. I walked there from the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of options like sandwiches, waffles and oatmeal. We will probably stay here every time we are in town!

Over all a very comfy place to stay for the weekend. Minor issue is the front automatic door opens slow so you tend to have to be right infront waiting for it to open. The "insert card for power" thing needs a bit of explaining: put the card in and manually turn on or off things you want otherwise if you pull the card it ALL turns off...

Elizabeth at the front desk was a truly wonderful human being. She was more than just warm and welcoming. She was accommodating, kind, and truly a ray of sunshine for us in the middle of a difficult day and night. She even made me a cup of coffee just the way I like after hearing. That we were up all night with our two-year-old and 4-month-old. She was kind to us and our kids and everyone else she was interacting with in the lobby. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Better even than some other full-service, high-end hotels. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot to stop and break up a long road trip with kids and a dog.

Definitely will be staying here again! Was worth the price! Super clean, cozy/comfortable. Great location, close to shopping and dinning. This was our first time staying at any Home2Suites. We were very impressed!! The manager, she was super sweet & helpful. The breakfast is great, something for everyone & fresh, not to mention delicious.

Nice and clean, lot of space in the parking log, easy access to and from freeway, Costco is right next to the hotel that makes it very convenient for shopping for groceries and gasoline.

Unfortunately during my stay there was an odd smell in the room that was never resolved, when I brought it during my check out to another staff... The response was somewhat of a "Brush off".

I booked the last room with 2 queen beds and when I went to check-in, they had given it away. However, they didn’t realize it. I ended up getting the keys to the room and walked in on a man in bed, snoring. They moved me to a 1-bed room and I had 3 adults with me. It was made more inconvenient by the fact that this all occurred after an all day, long drive into town and it was past midnight. We were exhausted and got a horrible nights sleep.

My family and I stayed there because we had a big family celebration near by. It was very nice and clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and very spacious. We went swimming the first night there and pool was clean. My husband loved that the hotel was right next to Costco. We will definitely come back.

Our room was changed without our knowledge and we were given 1 king bed in a handicap room instead of 2 queen beds with a bath tub. As a family with 3 young children, this is unacceptable. We also booked this hotel specifically for use of it's heated pool, we weren't notified until after we were already guests at the hotel that the pool pump was broken and not heated. There was also no housekeeping available and we had to wait hours before receiving fresh towels. The breakfast was also subpar, dried out and not fresh -- and we were there at 6:30AM.

I arrived at 1:30pm. I was told we “got no rooms , come back at 3. The desk clerk was rude. I looked to see if it was too late to cancel. It was.. I was ready to book a new hotel for the night. When I came back after 3 it was a different clerk and totally different. Very polite and welcoming.

On our 1st night the the Costco next store was getting at the parking lot repaired so we heard nothing but dump trucks and construction trucks making noise all night until 4 o'clock in the morning ask to move to another room but they only had a small room that wouldn't work for uso did not get much sleep that night at all I understand not the hotel's fault but there should have been some type of communication between Costco and the hotel

After a 8 hour drive the check in was quick and appreciated, the room was clean spacious. After unpacking for a 2 night stay. Showered pulled back the comforter the sheets were soled and unchanged from last traveler. Difficult to reach the front desk since only 1 person performing various tasks leaving front desk unmanned. I was told there is no one to change the sheets and I was handed new sheets to change them out!!! I was offered to be moved but after a long day to repack and move seemed a bit much. So I took the sheets and changed the bed, after which I wondered how well the room was really sanitized. Might give them another chance but it won’t be high on my list.

It was alright. No issues with parking. The room smelled of bleach cleaning supplies. There were kids running in the halls all night. No one was at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait a few minutes before someone came to greet us. The breakfast sandwich I got in the morning was gross. I threw it out. There was no tub for my toddler. Other than that, the room seemed clean, and the heater worked, even if it was loud. The room also appeared to be newish.

I hope the the breakfast can get better. Not much choices. I have been other Hilton hotels and the food here was not great. But overall hotel stay was good . Room was clean, good size. And equipped with basics utensils .

Disappointed that there was not conditioner in the shower or on the bath counter. I have long hair and had to deal with knots. Breakfast was not that great. The only meat was a sausage patty in a bagel or biscuit and the eggs had peppers in them. Overall the stay was great, very clean and comfy.
