The check in process went okay, except that it was a child that greeted us instead of an adult. It took a little while for an adult to actually appear to check us in. The room was okay as well. Nothing spectacular at all and not enough towels for the 3 of us. I had to go down later and ask for more towels. That ended up taking a good 20 minutes because nobody answered the phone when I called. I don't blame the front end person, however, because a lot of people were trying to buy sodas and snacks and needed to pay her for them but couldn't seem to figure it all out. This person was the second person I encountered at the hotel, and she was very friendly and helpful.
The person who checked us out the next morning was also very personable. The hotel itself was pretty loud with a lot of raucous guests and thin walls, but it was well located for us to walk/drive to the downtown area, so that was nice.

An overnight stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and I felt safe.
Hotel receptionist was very pleasant. The breakfast area was clean and the prepared food was good.

The room was clean and quiet. View of parking lot. Use the “not ready” door hanger—housekeeping was knocking early, when people were still in their rooms. Ask for a printed receipt—I got charged $10 more than the total price on my booking receipt. No idea why because I didn’t anticipate needing to scrutinize a receipt.

Clean and updated hotel. Great breakfast. Soft beds and good pillows.

Bathroom was dirty, crumbs, hairs, coffee stains on counters. No body wash in the shower bulk container.
Breakfast no hot water for tea( had to ask) no yogurt.
Great price, but I was disappointed based on the reviews. Wouldn’t return.

Had to be moved 3 times before getting a room that didn’t smell like pot. 2nd room door was broken, and final room the bathroom had mold and half of a jimmy John’s sub left in the fridge. Will not be back to this hotel.

This hotel has the thinnest walls of any hotel I have ever stayed in. We could hear everything above us and beside us.

Good place, renovated. The only issue is limited parking spaces and noisy at night with traffic on both ends of the building.

There were multiple pubes in the tub and around the toilet. Floor was sticky. Not a good experience.

The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and staff was nice.

Floors were so dirty. Our room had trash under bed. Used deodorant, toothpick, and a bloody tissue. Our bathroom was missing wash cloths and soap

Arrived at midnight. Took 15 min to check in. Computer could not get reservation correct. Once we got a room it was 2 beds and we reserved one king bed.
Person working did Great job but the holiday computer system might need an update

Bathtub was so slick that my wife fell. No lid for the ice bucket. 1 towel in the room upon arrival. Housekeeping staff talked about us right outside our room. Insulted us over and over. We left early.
