Good value! Comfortable night’s stay!

The room was absolutely spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the shower heavenly. The room had a fridge, coffee and television. The checkin experience was quick and easy and the check in person was very friendly. The breakfast was included, and included toast, cereal, coffee, cereal, etc. nothing spectacular but adequate. There are plenty of places to eat close by! We would definitely stay there again.

For the price we paid, although the room is a little dated it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast for a free breakfast was adequate, cereal, oatmeal, toast, apples, muffins and sweet treats as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Very clean and refreshed throughout breakfast.

When I checked in, they notified me that the room rate was higher than shown in the reservation. They blamed this on a local tax. It is really poor business to show one price when reserving a room, but then charge a higher rate at check-in.

Very clean, updated fresh room. Walked in for the room for the first time and smelled fresh and well-ventilated. Bed was immaculate, bathroom clean, TV nice and worked, pleasant check-in, everything was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Great inexpensive, basic, economical, no frills place to stay overnight. Conveniently located close to the Williams Downtown area. Good Parking

Clean little room with directv and a mini fridge. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast wasn’t too bad either. I highly recommend the longhorn saloon right across the street for food and drinks.

All aspects of are stay were great. The accommodations met all our needs. Most of all had a great night's sleep. Location in town was perfection within walking distance. Highly recommend

Perfect for our needs, room was tidy and clean, we could easily unload our car. It had recently snowed and the parking area and walkways were well plowed. We would recommend this motel

Great from start to finish….warm welcome at reception desk despite our late arrival time. Given lovely quiet corner room which was small but v cosy with all the necessary amenities…..coffee making facilities/TV/blanket(it was chilly in Williams)Lovely comfy bed and linen.Ideal US basic breakfast. Best value motel so far on our 2.5month US trip! Thank you! Wish they were all like this!

There is no microwave in the room, only outside the breakfast room. need to reheat food and walk back to our room. food gets cold during the winter weather. very inconvenient

Property is on historic Route 66 right on the “loop” in Williams. Convenient to everything. Motel was clean, well kept property. Would stay there again.

Pros - Clean room; comfortable bed; clean bathroom; quiet; close to many dining options; friendly front desk personnel; fridge in the room; extra blanket; good heating Cons - Wifi in my room was bad. I was not able to connect and even when I did it was buffering. Room could have had a microwave. Overall, I liked my stay and would stay again.

Review is for room with 2 queen beds. Room was nice size with plenty of space to put bags and stuff on floor. No microwave in room but there was a shared outdoor microwave .Refrigerator OK. Table with one chair in room Sink in same room as toilet and shower. Parking close to room.Nice room decor, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of lighting, enough plugs for chargers and computers. Wi-Fi for us was terrible, almost unusable in room.

Only one chair per room for sitting. Other than that, very clean, friendly staff and close to town and dining. Reasonably priced as well compared to other places in town.

Staff had attitude faces. Property is poorly maintained with plaster falling of all over. The so-called breakfast was anything but. Just white bread and cereals. The pancake machine didn't work. No eggs, no bagels no muffins. They are very stingy This place needs new management.

Exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly check in. There's no microwave in the room, but there was one available on our floor for communal use which was much appreciated. Breakfast was simple with coffee, toast, fruit, spreads, cereal, etc. Would definitely stay there again if passing through Williams.

Spent 1 night. 2 rooms. Room 1 was large enough, updated shower stall. Air worked. Room 2 (#125) was small. Table next to bed and had to shimmy past it to get into bed. The air conditioner did not work. Basically blew air. Since it was cooler out, tried to turn on just the fan to bring in cool air, also did not work. Room temp was comfortable enough but could have been cooler. I read through all these other reviews and have to wonder if they are spoofed or if there really are 1-3 rooms here that have been remodeled. My bed was not comfortable nor a pillow top like I read in another review. Bed was a simple 8 inch mattress on a metal box spring. Water pressure was no where to be found as was the hot water. Maybe the hot water was gone by the time I showered and would have had a different experience if I had showered at another time. Truly, I don’t require fancy. I require clean and my rooms were clean. Check in was easy. Asked for extra towels and pillows with no issue. This is a no frills place to stay if passing through. The town is a throw back and those who dig nostalgia will like it.
