Hotel was very convenient for our needs while in the Mountain Home area. It was extremely clean and front desk were very kind. Beds were crazy comfy and shower was powerful. Our only problem was there was no elevator and we didn't know this prior to booking and were given a second floor room. We had a ton of luggage being that we were there for four days and they were unable to switch us to a first floor room. That said, we all got a work out carrying everything up and down the stairs but that was the only thing bad about this hotel. It is run with efficiency and excellence. We were given a card to call next time we come up and they will have a first floor room waiting for us :-) We will surely stay here again.

My husband was scheduled to have open heart surgery early Friday morning, so we made a reservation for Thursday night. On Thursday morning the hospital called and had to reschedule his surgery until Monday morning due to an emergency. Hotels.com contacted the motel manager and requested a waiver of the nonrefundable penalty and to move the reservation to Sunday evening, as a room was available. They denied the request and kept the charge for the room. Needless to say, I will not use or recommend this Quality Inn in the future. They were uncooperative and heartless.

The only downside was that the hotel didn’t have an elevator. Made it really hard to carry baby and bring stuff up to our room.

Breakfast was terrible and beds weren’t queen size as stated. They charged my card without telling me over a mistake. I called and they were very rude about it.

Very efficient check in. Felt very safe as a single female. Clerk upgraded me to a business suite on an inside hallway. Room was spotless, breakfast was good, and staff was great. Convenient to hospital.

The staff are the nicest people. We will be back in summer to stay again. I even had the manager call me as I left my pajamas in the room after check out. Doesn’t happen in many hotels that. Thankyou for the stay and the most important thing in life Thankyou for you honesty and time to call me so I could come back for my belongings.

Property was great it’s not set up like the newer quality inns the WiFi while we were there was very slow not shure if it was an isolated issue but I didn’t try to log into it again very clean and the staff was amazing and this property has been well maintained

All the employees of this property couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Like other reviews though, the rooms smelled like old water damage that never cleared out. It wasn't terrible but you noticed it as soon as you walk in. The A/C was not up to par. It was plenty bearable but I had to sleep using the extra sheet that was in the closet as it would have been too uncomfortable with the bed's linens. Overall a very good stay, not great but very good.

Parking lot construction as well as pool closed due to repairs. Middle of August was looking forward to lounging by the pool. Awakened every morning at 6:30 am by slamming of stairway doors. Not what we were hoping for.

No elevator first floor rooms are musty smelling first room extremely odorous tried a dehumidifier while we went to dinner came back changed room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was closed and no hot tub

We stayed one night. Hotel was clean. Everyone was very nice. Our only recommendation is there are no vent fans in the bathroom. No soap for hand washing.

The staff was amazing so so accommodating - truly they made our stay as comfortable as possible. It is an older building with no elevator to the second floor, but furnishing in the room had been recently updated.

Morning staff was so nice and helpful. Toilet did clog, they sent us a plunger and never did get towels we asked for on 2nd day. But, room Was clean, breakfast spread was good. I'd stay again

Did not like the fact that when we checked in we had to pay $8 to have a first floor room. Since we needed an elevator to get to the assigned room we had to change to the first floor had to pay the $8 unhappily.
