The room was better than what was expected, it was large and spacious. The only complaint was the hallways in the building did smell like cigarettes and cats.

That staff was friendly, but as far as the stay was terrible they had bugs all in the room. Everywhere I looked there was a bug. Bug in the sink, the tub, on the tv, and on the chair. I would not recommend staying here again.

This place was perfect for us. We got the suite with the kitchenette. It was roomy and perfect for us. Kids did some fishing and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Will absolutely book again.

I have to start with customer service, the lady at the counter was great.
The rooms are not as bad in the inside as they look in the outside when it comes to decor. For what I paid it was a decent bed and shower. Unfortunately the room was not clean to expectations. There was a lot of water and toothpaste marks on the mirror in the bathroom, the blankets had a few stains of burning as if someone smoked on them. The floors were disgusting. And the counters were sticky and questionable.

The motel was good for what we needed for a night. Was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave and fridge in the room, as well as a coffee machine and shower supplies. The parking lot was well-lit and seemed to have a lot of cameras. Overall we had a good experience here.

Very out dated. Beds are not comfy, it has a smell, dirty just not a good place to stay.

Dead roach in floor. Sheets stained. Mice droppings around the room. Parking was fine.

A place to simply rest your head & move on. Very outdated. Shower backed up & toilet didn’t flush so good. Not the nicest place but not the worst. There are definitely better places in the surrounding area but not many close to the refinery.

The stay was good except we rented a suite and there was no pots to cook with. Other than that everything else was good

The room we had felt like an apartment, but it needed a thorough cleaning. Dirty shower curtains, hair in shower, cobwebs in living room, smashed bugs on walls. Very disappointing.

I have to admit I was scared, reading the reviews made me hesitant. However, This place was pretty decent and best of all clean. Yes, it needs updates but hey! That’s way the price is affordable, you want an updated hotel, pay more :) We were satisfied with our stay and if I gave it a 5 star is because they sure do the best with what they have. Place is family owned and the lady that was there at 3 am when we arrived was just so kind and nice. The people at the restaurant made us feel so welcomed.

My first and last time at this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very nice no problem with them at all. It was the room itself. I did not feel comfortable in the room at all. Thank God we stayed only 2 nights and could hardly wait for those 2 nights to be over with. It had a funny smell when u walk in, it was spider webs on the ceiling, i also spotted a spider in the room and i also found a baby spider on the pillow i was about to lay my head on. I think that might have been the same baby spider that bite my foot in the middle of the night, Also the headboards were dusty. I cleaned the headboards with my own disinfectant spray that i brought. Thank God i brought some. It was still lil pieces of hair on the tub. I recommend that they spray the rooms every so often for bugs also every so often get the carpet clean.

I reserved the nicest room in the hotel. ThIs was one of the last trips my pregnant wife and I play to take for quite some time. When we got to our room we immediately noticed it was their basic room. I went back to the desk and told them I had an email confirmation for their best room. They told me someone was already in that room but I could pay them more money for a room upgrade. I obviously didn’t agree to pay them more money for a room below the one I had already reserved and paid for. We were beyond disappointed. This hotel does not honor reservations from Hotels.com. I travel often and have never had this issue before with the website so I blame the hotel.
