TV was not working, staff was very helpful getting it going. Shower pressure only fair. Breakfast offered was fair. Otherwise my stay was pleasant. The young man at the front desk was very polite!

Me and my family weren’t able to stay in Quality Inn as our room didn’t have any AC. It wasn’t working. We were offered a different room but they gave a dirty room that wasn’t even clean and the linens and all were still there fr the former customer who stayed there. We requested a full refund from this room reservation. Management shld be liable for this.

Good room, nice staff and good breakfast. But the noise from the highway was not nice.. There was train track right next to hotel and the trains shouted out very loudly every time they passed by. Didn’t get much to sleep and woke up every time train shouted out. But if you are strong sleeper and do not be disturbed easily (or wear earplugs) this was very okay place to stay one night.

The guys at the front desk were super helpful in accommodating our wishes. (Ground floor as opposed to 2nd or 3rd floor), they also were friendly and welcoming to us. The three of us are Deaf. The lady in the dining room was very friendly as well.

This hotel is pretty run down. We were told they plan on renovating soon. The breakfast was good. One problem we kept having is our Keyes would stop working so we kept having to go get them reset. All three adults staying in the room had separate keys and it happened multiple times to all of us despite us making sure to keep the keys away from our phones since phones could deactivate the key cards.

Room 123 tv remote is broken can’t change the channel, restroom door won’t close have to slam it, have to let shower run for 5min before it gets hot and the fridge is missing a leg. Breakfast is egg cheese and potatoes and there was no coffee so if your a coffee person go to another place. It a 2 out of 10 for me.

The ceiling was all cracked room 115, the phone line and TV were dead.

Patch on the ceiling unfinished, bad patches in the restroom. You need to fire your maintenance guys.

The hotel is in the process of renovation and even so, it was super clean and the staff was excellent.

This was a good stay for an overnight business. I got in at 7:30 pm or so, check in was good. Offered me bottled water without cost. The room was clean, although obviously has some age to it, and has its usual wear and tear. Had a nice bed. Breakfast need a bit more protein choices but adequate, waffle maker.

Desk staff Jaime was really outstanding. The area around the property has seen better days but wasn’t dangerous. The tub faucet was hooked up backwards and produced tepid water at best. Nonetheless slept well and breakfast was good.

For the price, it is good. The breakfast included is good and have a lots of options to pick. The main thing for the 3-star is the sink is clogged. We made a complaint but was not resolved. Also, we found cockroach in the bed before we left.

This was a late arrival early leave trip, a real stop n go. Check in was very friendly even at 4am as was the desk staff in the morning when we left. The room was clean,water hot but shower head was like needles hitting your skin and didn't adjust. TV only had one station, Comedy Central. Pool and spa were empty, not that I had time to use either and the complimentary breakfast was just a spread of carbs.

Paid for my room n drove an hour just to find out the system was down and not be able to get the room I paid for, then was on hold over an hour, horrible experience, horrible, negative 5 stars

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice basic breakfast.
Property room was run down. Only one light worked the other didn’t have a bulb. Air con very loud.
Old, outdated furniture and no shelving for toiletries in the bathroom.

We stayed here on our way to Yosemite and were greeted by Jaime. I have to say, I have never felt more welcome and accommodated than I have at this hotel. (This is coming from someone who grew up in southern hospitality!) Jaime was courteous, energetic, and incredibly kind.
We had an issue with the hot water (we were turning the knob the wrong way), and Jaime helped us realize what was going on. Even after fixing it, Jaime offered to move us to an entirely new room if we weren't happy. I am so glad we stayed here and will definitely be coming back!

Easy check in and a really affordable price. This was our pit stop after a long day in Sequoia national park and our trip to San Francisco. The breakfast they offered was a great and convenient.

The air conditioner fan made excessive noise all night, forcing us to turn it off. The property in general was run down. We have stayed in much better facilities for the same price point.

We were impressed that while this hotels pool was undergoing repair, the hotel pool and gym next door were offered. Great facilities there to enjoy. Meanwhile, this hotel put extra effort into making guests feel welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, definitely.
