The HVAC system in room 232 leaks air from outside. It was quite windy during my stay and there was a breeze coming in around the HVAC unit.

Excellent late night check in staff friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Really good hotel , employees friendly and helpfull very clean and great breakfast.

They charge me for the parking and they ask for credit card for security and take money for parking without ask

We were given a room right next to the housekeeping area and breakfast are/lobby. The constant talking and noise with an already uncomfortable bed made it difficult to get any sleep.

The Hampton Inn was a very clean place. Bobby was so friendly and helpful when checking in. The only complaint we had was that the housekeeping ladies were talking so loud outside in the hallway that it woke us up earlier than we wanted. I wouldn't have requested the top floor if I didn't want to sleep in.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint was minor things like long hairs in the shower (prior) to my wife or I using it and there was a wadded up piece on paper on the floor when we got there.

The stay was okay. The first morning we got up for breakfast (myself and my kids) and the breakfast was well picked through and there was very little left, maybe a few slices of bread and dry cereal because the milk was out. There was also no place to sit to eat, it was super crowded. House keeping only does every other day, we had four in our room and only was provided two towels, two towels for three days! We asked the front desk for towels and they were out. We waited hours for towels so we could shower before going out. I was just not impressed overall with the experience here.

Called at 10:30pm to let them know I was arriving late. They did not honor my reservation. The clerk at the front desk was completely incompetent. Had to drive exhausted after 16 hour drive to give another hotel that wasn't a complete disaster like this one. Never using this chain.

I’ve stayed at this location before and I absolutely loved that it’s very clean and quiet. Breakfast time is great since they have so many options. Highly recommend whether business or pleasure.

I had several issues with this property. First of all, it was the smallest double Queen bed that I've ever had. Next there were no towels available for me and my family in the morning. Next there was a dog barking in the next room first thing in the morning. There was also a woman who was cleaning who was outside my door. I told the front desk all of my complaints and tried to get Expedia to change my room but they said the front desk refused.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, this place is FILLED WITH BEDBUGS!!! Not only are they filled with bedbugs but they DONT CARE. I stayed there November 1st, and got eaten alive with bedbugs. I live 5 minutes from here, the only reason i stayed here was because a pipe burst in my house and i needed a place to sleep/shower to get to work the next day. I called them the next day to let them know about their bedbug situation and they have not accommodated this issue AT ALL. It’s november 8, 8 DAYS LATER and they have still NOT sent an exterminator. They keep saying they will “get back to me” and nothing. I called back yesterday, for them to tell me they’re not sure when the exterminator is going. THIS IS URGENT, you have clients staying in your dirty hotel/rooms FILLED with bedbugs and they haven’t even gotten it checked NOR know when! A FULL WEEK LATER. I had to even pay for my own exterminator to make sure i didn’t bring bedbugs to my house! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. How do they not have the urgency to check the rooms for bedbugs?! You should see my legs, arms, and wrists. This is affecting my job as well as they keep asking me what’s wrong with my skin! I took this to higher ups Hilton because they did not help at all and they opened an investigation on this filthy hotel. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! And your health!

Pillows Were Awful woke up with a stiff neck and A/C unit clicked all night

Main light in bathroom not working the clock missing control knob Room 230,OK advised desk service people upon arrival,could not repair light ( they tried) clock never replaced Second time at this hotel

Elevators were malfunctioning all week. Need to get them fixed. I got stuck three times.
