Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel was clean, but the door latch to the balcony was broken so we could not use it.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. We usually come every three months and always try to get the Holiday Inn. We have been to the other hotels in the Jupiter area and they don't compare in service, nearness to the beach and the beautiful pool. The breakfast wasn't too good this time as the eggs were watery and there were no Cinamon buns and they didn't give us a free bottle of water as a welcome gift.

Family getaway. We stayed In a suite which was crucial for space. Pull out sofa was really small for 2 kids. Multiple balconies which was great. Breakfast was easy except a few days the oven was broken so continental options only which was frustrating. A gif breakfast was o e if the main reasons I booked here. Bathroom was small and a bit old but it worked.

We enjoy staying here. It's close to family, and the beds are extremely clean and comfy with great bedding. Easy walk to the beach. The included breakfast is very convenient with varied good options. Staff is very kind in general. Location of the room was great this time, with balcony. Here is what went wrong this visit: tv & remote control/ tv was not working. We let it go because we prefer not to have teams/repair crew in our room during our 2 day stay, but we left a note notifying them when we left so they could fix for next guest. Bathrooms are not great, in our experience the shower& tubs need to be overhauled, ours didnt drain well and there was a bad smell in the shower curtain that made the bathroom smell icky. A simple curtain change would be great. Our biggest frustration was that the provided wifi Access code they gave us didnt work. Wifi stuff is easy for me, this code was simply not working. I called the front desk to ask for help and she said "sorry thats the only code we have". Shebsaid that seversl times instead of finding someone with an answer, so we spent our two days without wifi. Annoying, but we dealt with it, the response was just so unhelpful that I was taken aback. Overall, if you are visiting the area and need a quiet safe place to stay within an easy walk to the beach, that includes a breakfast, with a cozy bed, stay here. We have only ever encountered the 1 rude staff member in our stays. Everyone else has been just lovely.

Room had bugs , brought video down to front clerk . I had to move everything out of my room before i could go into new room. No handyman on site nobody to help as we already settled in. Nasty and disgusting. I minute walk to beach , not true at least a 15 minute walk. Place is nothing liked it showed it to be. I booked 2 rooms luckily they no bugs. Will never stay here ever again and never even offered any thing to compensate. Dont care but dont ever stay here. Its awful. I have pictures but cant attach. I wish i could. I have videos of the bugs crawling.

Many problems in the newly renovated room. Noisy refrigerator, doors on patio were not working (in both rooms). Fitness machines were all out of order (treadmill and sky machine).

The staff here was so good! When we arrived, Jacob was at the desk and was SO helpful and kind! The property was clean and beautiful. The pool was also clean and well kept. The room had a balcony that looked over the pool. Breakfast was great both days. We would stay again!

A little hard to find the office. Currently renovating 1 building. We had a large bedroom and large sitting area. Great dog friendly option.

We had a king size room. The room was very spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained. A very convenient location and within walking distance to beach. We were thrilled when the front desk said they had beach chairs & towels for us! Restaurants & shopping walking distance. Would stay again!

Weekend Stay for a staycation and will be doing it again! We stayed in a king room and it’s huge. It was clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is simple, eggs do not recommend everything else was good. Will be going back soon!

This hotel is walking distance to Juno beach. The rooms are large and clean. We never had an issue with parking and it was labor day weekend. Staff was friendly snd helpful. This hotel has free breakfast and it included everything from eggs, meat, cereal , oatmeal pancakes and yogurt I recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Jupiter and Juno beach.

Staff was great, several restaurants nearby & room with large balcony and king bed in separate bedroom was nice with large windows & sliders but wish there was an actual OCEANVIEW as the official hotel name is Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach - Oceanview, an IHG Hotel & we were looking forward to and EXPECTING the view, not oversized hotels, condos & trees blocking the beach/ocean view across the roadway!!! Also, I don’t believe our Bldg C was renovated yet so it could have been nicer with updated living room furniture & cleaner (no rusted doors or trim & messed up shower head. Althou we were impressed with the variety of food at the continental breakfast & cleanliness of lobby but not impressed with construction disturbance with contractors & their vehicles in & out of parking lot but atleast the hotel will be renovated for future guests, including us, as I believe we'd give them another try for a night stay before our next cruise.

tasty breakfast, clean drinkable water available on premises, gym, coffee in the lobby, ez parking, fast wifi, balcony, dont count on ocean view, i dont think it is possible, even from the highest floor, stores within walking distance like cvs, liquor store, beach is located around 300 feet from the hotel, nice pool, overall i would come back. staff was super nice. thx for a great stay

We have been to this hotel at least twice a year for the past 15 years. We enjoy the pool, the closeness to the beach and the nice accommodations. This trip we had a great time except for our tub which had a draining problem. It took over half an hour to drain. We told the clerk at checkout and we hope the problem will be fixed. We didn't feel like the problem would have forced us to move to another room. Also, the sticky buns need to be changed to their old version of smaller buns that are easier to eat. They tasted better too. .

My stay was for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was newly renovated and clean on check-in. We never saw housekeeping for the remainder of the stay. I spoke to the housekeeper, along with her supervisor, in the hallway outside our room and expressed my understanding for the lack of staff and requested 4 new towels in exchange. The housekeeper stated "No!" I looked at her in disbelief and she then followed with "I wish I could give you towels but, we dont have any! They are all in the wash!" Now this was the morning of day 3 of our visit and simply asked that she bring to room when available. I never saw her again and found myself going to the front desk at 7pm to request towels. The hotel is very nice and walking distance to the beach. You can get good prices but, like the rest of the industry, staff is short. I do recommend the hotel and will stay there in the future...just have patience and appreciate the staff that are working to make your stay nice.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. Our room was always damp. We noticed our room had ants the first day but when we called down to the front desk they said there was no one there that could help since it was around 5pm. So we had to get clorox wipes and do our best. The toilet ran nonstop the entire time! The first day the oven was broken so there was no hot breakfast choices which was not convenient! But the second day it was working and we had hot breakfast options.
