We stayed in a room too close tot he housekeeping so in the mornings that was a hassle. We chose the “renovated area” but it was kind of lack of renovation. It needs more maintenance. It’s not the first time that we stay in this property but the standard room was better than the renovated.
Cleanliness is acceptable but needs more attention. The shelf up the headboard had more dust than the city. The floor smelled like dirty or feet (I was looking for a shoe).

The environment is very calm, the rooms are very clean. This is my forget go to hotel when my family and I come down to visit BC.

I booked a double bed room and was given a room with 1 king bed.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but this is the first time I went and they had a party and they kept going until late. First time this happen, but as long as they are not hosting a party really excellent place to stay

Made a reservation thru expedia. Never have had a problem at any site. Calafia, Raul at the front desk said they had received my reservation late and couldnt accomodate my request. My room was not available because they had a big party come in. Now expedia says i cant get a refund because hotel personnel is not responding. $317, im not letting this go... very poor service on both ends.

The property has a good access and friendly employees. The room was clean but not the best in the bathroom it had a small water leak from the toilet and the sink drain it was partly clog.

Be mindful that they allow dogs on the property now.. so you will probably be woken up by dogs barking..

Rooms are usually really clean and taken care of but was disappointed this week there was personal hygiene products left behind by previous guests that were not cleaned and disposed of properly and the shower curtain was short there was water all over bathroom floor :(

It was good. However, I would appreciate more towels in the room. 2 bath towels and one hand towel are not enough in a room that accommodates 4 people.

The hotel is old and there is a lot of noise, the bathroom door was stuck and there was too much noise.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! I went with my husband for 2 days and it was the most comfortable stay I had had in a while. Would definitely recommend to you.

I made reservations a week in advance for their superior room with a king size bed. When I arrive there I had a small room with double beds. I went to the front desk to inquire. After much back and forth, they gave me a room with a king size bed. If this was their superior room they've got problems. The carpet was filthy it was ripped, all of the wood furniture had nicks and scrapes on it. The bathroom was dirty. There was no remote for the tv. And the kicker was they had a wedding party right outside my room with loud music until 2:00 in the morning. Why didn't they tell me about this when I made reservations. Perhaps I would have gone someplace else. I was very disappointed. Definitely not worth it for the price.

I rented a room for my family to stay in a quiet hotel. We checked in on Friday afternoon. The staff didn't seem friendly, but I didn't bother me, until on Saturdat night. On Saturday there was a wedding event going on the grass area. At 11:40pm, I called reception and I asked what time the party was going to end because my family and I need it to sleep. I informed him that I needed to wake up early. He told me that the party was ending at 2am. He told me that there was a notice about this event at the lobby and in my room. He was really rude and seem bother. I never received a notification. Also, the windows are not noise proof. It was literaly like I was outside in the party. I wish I would have known about this event at the time I booked this hotel. I'm not staying at this hotel ever again.

Our stay was good cleaning was basic. Would stay again, beats the other prices. Liked the breakfast chilaquiles were on point. Staff was overall delightful, family friendly environment, economic, close to everything. They have security on the side of the entrance.

wrong room, the bathroom did not have a window, my kids were freezing when taking a bath,

Very nice place, breakfast buffet was great! They did have some kind of boxing event going on so there was a lot of teenagers running around late at night

There was no early check-in and then after 3pm check-in I still had to wait 20-40 min for our room to be clean. Other than that the location was in a great spot from our event party.

The only and main thing that we disliked about our stay was that there was no cold water in our room. It was already hot as it is outside, and having to shower with hot water was not okay

Last minute reservations and what a great choice we did. Close to the border. Staff was so friendly specially jhoselyn much gratitude to her. Also breakfast was really good lots to choose from with an omelette bar. Breakfast is additional for very small fees. My new place to stay
