It wasnt bad very welcoming and clean only issues would just be wear and tear from the age of the building itself other than that i liked the breakfast and customer services were on point. Wouldnt mind staying again

The lobby of the La Quinta was a little run down but the room was nice and clean. Only complaint is the bathroom needs some TLC, the toilet barely flushed. Also, the AC in the room cuts off in the middle of the night so we woke up pretty warm. Other than that, great stay! We paid $75

Hotel is old. Not sure how often shared spaces are cleaned.(I.e elevator, lobby doors, floors)
The hallways smelled like weed. Staff was very nice and bed was comfortable,but again the hotel can use some updates.

Chose this location based on price and reviews from previous guests. Basically was as expected but with very few thrills or amenities. Room was clean but furniture was old. Old carpet in hallways with a few stains and old paint still halls and lobby were clean without trash anywhere which was nice

I chose this hotel because it had a jacuzzi/spa in the pictures. When we arrived, there was no jacuzzi/spa. Hotel looked different from pictures. Bathroom sink had a leak and I was offered a different room. New room's a/c was not cooling. Other than that, stay was nice. Maria was very nice and accommodating.

The staff and the breakfast get five stars across the board the hotels a little run down the carpet in my room was dirty the bathroom was a little run down the carpet was wet by the microwave refrigerator so it needs a little upgrade staff was excellent I'll come back just Christmas Day

Very friendly staff. Rooms adequate for the price. Wish sheets didn’t have those little pills and were more comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. Would stay again.

Everything was clean inside the room, front desk rep very nice, good service. The only thing i found in a little bad conditions was the the floors, carpet need clean detail. The hotel is beautiful but needs a floor cleaning detail. Overall it was very good, nice, quiet and peaceful to stay.

Extremely old and showing its age. Musty smell in rooms and carpet is rough to say the least wouldn’t take my shoes off. Not somewhere I’d stay unfortunately. The gentleman working the counter was great and gave us a refund so we could find a new place but that’s the only positive.

Decent hotel stay. The hotel didn’t look anything like the pictures, it was kind of run down, the door from the lobby to parking lot was broke so we kept having to walk all the way around the building, and breakfast started about 20-30 mins later than advertised. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Very run down and dirty. Went to our room and there was a haze of something in the room! Questionable people hanging out around the hotel. Not the place for me and my family. Did not complain to hotel or ask for refund. Just gathered up my family and went and found a nicer place. Guy that checked us in was nice.

DONT STAY HERE, it’s an extremely dated and run down property. Not clean at all, squares of rug cut out everywhere. Sloppy paint all over everything. Beds so worn you can can visibly see it squished in the middle. Upon are arrival to their biggest room, the one ac unit was not functioning and did not have another room. So they sent a gentleman that spoke no English to come make repairs on the room with us inside with my pregnant wife and 10 Month old there. I will say the employees were understanding and said they will issue a refund for the stay as we just checked out within a hour of being there.

The bed very comfortable
The room smelled. There was no soap, the box was empty. Carpet looked dirty. The bathroom needed some upkeep.
Overall It was just old and not kept up well.

This hotel has a good hot breakfast but OTHERWISE it was VERY run down and dirty.... lots of rooms where even half painted! I saw doors that looked patched but the color was wrong and an entire wall with curtains in my room was painted up to and then stopped abruptley and was an entirely different color where the curtains hung... (like a 5 yo had done it). The floors were also very stained and it had a funny odor....NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION AT ALL. Also the room curtains had black stains from dirty hands pulling them open and shut and the sheer curtain had white crusty stains on it that i could only imagine where they had came from. I was scared to sleep in the beds but luckily I SURVIVED. I wouldn't stay here again!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I would really like a refund. We had to switch rooms because of roaches in the room. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet was filthy and I would not even walk barefoot. The lobby was as dirty as the rooms. The shampoo/lotion and conditioner were empty. I hope Hotels.com will remove this from the hotel list. Just awful

The room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean with Dove brand soaps.
USB charging in the room and Direct TV was nice! WIFI was not secured and i was not able to use it.
The staff is nice.

The staff were very friendly and nice but the property itself is in disrepair and in major need of a renovation. The room, while clean did look it was from 1970s. Once more, great staff and service but the property is visually unappealing.

Ended up with bites on my legs after sleeping. First room smelled so bad requested another room. Next room had no chair other than rickety one by desk. No Kleenex had to request. Refrigerator made odd tinkle sound when it ran. Bathtub had top coat peeling and the peeled areas were rough. There was one wastebasket in the refrigerator area. None in bathroom or in room. The pool had only 4 functional chaise lounge chairs and there was a place to put used towels but no towels in the area. By no means did this meet Wyndham expectations.

This hotel is looking pretty tired. Bathroom especially. Everything functioned but had to be at least 30 years old. Everything was clean. No complaints about cleanliness at all. Would like to have had a way to recycle plastics and glass. Breakfast was convenient and had a wide variety of choices. Location is convenient to many businesses and very close to St Petersburg airport.
