Very dirty the air vents were all filled with dust . The bed was soft though and water pressure was great . Rug was dirty

Overall very nice. Two suggestions, the coffee machine should have more tea options, some sugar, milk/cream and the shower heads should be cleaned to have proper shower.

i last stayed here in 2019. the halls and rooms havent been freshened since then. they ARE very clean and in excellent condition, but tans and browns are no longer de jure
id stay here again the next time im in town, for sure!

Every time I have stayed there which is probably twice a year, there are always ants in the bathroom! I don’t care what season it is! I have complained before.

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.
LOCATION IS WONDERFUL.
NICE TO HAVE A BAR AND RESTAURANT AVAILABLE.
ROOM WAS A LITTLE DIRTY FOR MY TASTE.
THE TV TURNER HAD NOT BEEN WIPED DOWN.
THERE ALSO WERE SEVERAL ANTS AND TINY ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM. OTHERWISE, OKAY.

I was up here in Elmira … for a College, meet and greet for my youngest son,.. From the moment I checked in till moment I left the first floor, which is the floor. I stayed on room 161 to be exact was inundated with marijuana secondhand smoke guest were smoking in the rooms and in front of the hotel it was TERRIBLE!!! I called the front desk. They didn’t even offer me a room change. They said it was nothing they can do about it… remember folks you get what you pay for!!

This was truly an excellent stay. We were greeted and checked in by the manager, Sheila. Super professional, friendly and welcoming. Accomodated us on a room request and even offered to bring our luggage to our room, whixh we politely declined.
The bartenders Tyler and Amy we fantastic. Knowledgable of the menu, wine and cocktails. Super friendly and welcoming. Even when we came in to the bar half hour before closing, Tyler didnt rush us at all.
Amanda at the front desk who worked the overnight shift was super fun and friendly.
We truly felt warm and welcome and was treated with true hospitality.
Only a couple of downfalls. The keys didnt work all the time. Had to figure the right touch to unlock the doors.
Majorly, i noticed there were no security cameras on property which made me a little concerned.

3 family stayed in2 nights over the passed long weekend. The registration staff is very helpful to arrange the rooms close together. The place looks sightly out of datebut is well maintained. The swimming pool is excetionally clean and I would suggest the hours to be extended longer.
We had two breakfasts in the restaurent and are.impressed with the quality.and quantity though the service seems a little bit slow. But with the waitress apologetic smile and our nonurgent. schedule that does not borther. much.
The business center has pc and desk accessible by room key.

Staff were nice and friendly. The place is kept well but quite old. The other guests were loud even in the middle of the night. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we came in but they fix it. The area didn’t have much around.

Major problem with key cards. Everyone we traveled with had problems using their key cards. Even other guests we talked with had problems. Need to fix it or you will lose business.

I didn’t like that at 11pm
kids running in the hallways slamming room doors. I didn’t like at breakfast we asked for hot tea and milk which we waited so long for the milk the tea was then cold waitress wasn’t pleased she had to replace the three teas.I didn’t like our breakfast was pretty cold when we got it and it took ages even tho there was very few hotel residents in the restaurant .All in all it was an ok stay .Saturday night’s barman was pleasant .Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends or family.

Got to the room and the smell hit us in the face. Like dirt and smoke. The room was very poorly lit and several bulbs were burnt out/dull. There were stains all over the carpet. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom. The whole room was pretty gross. It skeeved us out. Definitely not the 4.6 stars or whatever it was. The room didnt even look like the pictures

Rooms not very clean with a weird odor. Stains on the carpet and bedding. Only stayed one night but definitely wasn’t a god experience

Obviously have a homeless problem with the homeless meandering around the motel grounds day and night. Ive notice mo cameras around our particular entrance to our room. I was concerned about safety and my vehicle. The environment was borderline hostile. It wasn't like this last time I stayed.

We were given a room on the first floor. Just opening the door a strong smell of severe dampness hit us on the face. The floor was covered with large areas of mould growth that were notoriously visible and would have take time to grow. The sink had a spider and both the barhtub and the toilet had specs of black material on them. We took multiple pictures.
We reported this immediately to the hotel receptionist as a serious health hazard making the room not suitable for human occupancy.
We were offered a second room on the first floor too. The entire carpet area was very wet and, although not as severe as in the previous room, it also presented with areas of mould growth on the floor and on some places of the furniture.
We need to visit Elmira from time to time, but we are black listing this hotel.
