We were there for one night. There were some plumbing issues in the room and when we went to call for support or assistance we were not able because the phone was not working at all.

Check out is at 11 am and we were woken up by housekeeping almost coming into our room at 10am, luckily we had the extra lock closed otherwise she would have been in our room. Very disappointed

The view was beautiful but the windows were so dirty we had a hard time seeing the ocean and sunset. The tub had a brown smear that we tried to clean with Kleenex and it was full of deep scratches but no nonskid patches so we just took sponge baths. There was a dog barking for a half hour in the next room. We called and were told it was a completely dog friendly hotel so they could ask them to keep the dog quiet. The dog was barking again at midnight and off and on for two days.
The family that were in that room after let their four children run up and down screaming and playing who adult supervision.
We are one meal in a make shift room. My salad had lots of slimy lettuce and the wait staff were too busy chatting for us to get their attention for our requests and the check.
So sad that such a lovely venue is now going to seed and a $115.00 resort fee is laughable.

I liked the staff and the room. I stayed for NYE, will be back to stay when it's not off season, so I can go to the beach.

Stayed here many different times and have enjoyed it immensely. Great location and great view of the ocean. My go to hotel in Cape Cod.

The hotel was OK. The rooms are very dated with damaged or broken decor. The room to door was heavy metal so it gave it a prison ‘feel’ when the door shut so loudly.

We stayed in a good sized room but unfortunately the room is right next to a roof fan which is on all the time. We complained about this on our first evening and was told someone would come and check. Nothing was done, complained again the next morning after a similar night sleep to that of being on an aircraft. We were told nothing could be done. By this point we were tried and very disappointed it took so long to tell us nothing could be done. We checked out the next day, a day earlier than planned. We were offered a move the next day, but as it took so long to deal with it we decided to go elsewhere. We did get a 25% discount on the first night stay, but considering I hardly slept it wasn’t much. Won’t be going back.

Older facility but gorgeous beach location. We used the large indoor pool and jacuzzi and had it to ourselves (off season). Definitely need a car or will need to call Lyft or Uber. Beautiful surroundings in the area. Check out Main Street for food and gifts. Shinning Sea bike path was a recommendation for next time!

I loved this hotel. It’s built on the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. Views are great. Family friendly and serene at the same time. Wonderful location!

Staff is very friendly. Property is huge but well maintained. Awesome place for kids because theres are large indoor and pools and arcade plus its oceanfront. Old Silver is a great beach and right outside your door. The one downside was there was a wedding on the Sunday we stayed. By dinnertime (630 pm) there was groups of belligerently drunk men hanging in the hallway that also leads to the restaurant and one wanted to fight my husband because he looked at him. He started yelling expletives. This was at 630 pm. We had a 7 and 10 year old with us by the way. I almost called the police because this guy followed my husband to the hotel restaurant. I know the hotel cant control losers but they should think about either separating wedding guests from the rest of the hotel or having security monitoring that hallway as its a shared hallway. I was a paying guest and doubtful this person was.
We are early risers and the next morning the hallway that leads to the restaurant was littered with beer bottles so obviously the party expanded out the public areas of the hotel.

The ceiling fell on us 2 times. The paint on the ceiling was new and was sprayed over old paint that was loose and so the new paint did not stick and fell on our bathroom

The location is great. The room and the wing we stayed in need updating. Bathroom is small and deferred maintenance exists.

This was my second time staying at Seacrest. When last here it was in need of renovations, which happened since my stay, so I was expecting more. I was very disappointed. The restaurant food was low quality and the service was poor. Noise in the dining area was loud due to a conference, as well as noise level from hallways into rooms. No elevators. No late checkout option. Unfriendly desk staff - very bland and unwelcoming. I would not choose this as an option again or recommend.

This hotel left me with mixed feelings. The room was clean and comfortable but wasn’t pleased that things weren’t refurbished after first night (I.e. coffee, water). Work-out area didn’t open until 8 which was disappointing and late September bookings shouldn’t be paying daily resort fees. This fee will prevent me from booking again…. underwhelmed for the price of the hotel overall

We paid for an ocean view. Little did we know that they like to vacuum outside our room at 9-10 at night. Our room was also next to the delivery and garbage road access. Constant beeping and trucks starting around 5am. Would have been nice to know!

I didn't like that. I didn't get the room that was in the Travelocity picture. We paid almost $400 a night for a beach front room. Instead we got a room that you could see the beach from over the pool. Also back to look at the roof and all the air conditioning units over the restaurant. We were paying for a room that looked right out onto the sand and the ocean but that's not what we got. We were told that it's kind of the luck of the draw on whether or not you actually get the room you think you're going to get. When the picture shows a door in your room that you can open up and step out onto a little balcony area and look out at the beach in the ocean, that's what we expect to get, especially for almost $400 a night! We feel no need to return to the seacrest.
