The Hotel was clean and comfortable and the swimming pool and restaurant area on the beach was great. Breakfast was substantial and there was coffee and tea available all day. For great r&r, this is the place. Loved it!

The whole experience was perfect. We stayed after our cruise and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 am. The front desk welcomed us, held our luggage and let us access the beach and pool for the day even though check in was 4 pm. The room was clean and very large with easy access to the beach, pool and bar.

We really enjoy Hampton inn Jacksonville Beach spot. The ocean view is so great! This is our second time coming here. And we will be back. The restaurant onsite is really good too. We have had many meals there. Ask for a rum runner--yum!

Enjoyable stay, comfortable room. Nice pool area, easy access to the beach. I liked that hot beverages were accessible outside of the restaurant hours. The room was comfortable for our stay, would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been coming and staying here for about 5 years now and we love it. Always a good time, the pool is one of our kids favorite spots.

We were at the hotel for just one night prior to a cruise, but we flew in in the morning. We were able to check in early, as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the patio bar/restaurant and had an amazing waitress. We then enjoyed the beautiful beach for the afternoon. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for a typical charge. We were for to our room, and all of us found the beds extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning was great! We ate poolside. Our departure was delayed, and again the staff was so accommodating, allowing us to stay after the usual checkout time. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and beautiful Jacksonville weather.

The hotel was located on the beach, had a partial beach view but loved sitting on the balcony. The hotel was extremely clean. Hotel staff very friendly and wanted to guarantee a great experience. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfy. My only complaint is the towels need fabric softener.

Firstly the bed was unbelievable comfortable and I didn’t want to get up. Slept so well! Need to find out the mattress so we can buy one. The suite was so spacious and perfect for relaxing and getting ready for family wedding. The carpets in hotel could have been better but overall we really loved our stay!! The complimentary parking and the coffee were also really great! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This location is an amazing beach front property. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. This location felt like a resort. The pool area is large with a water fall design and seperate hot tub. Hot buffet breakfast every morning, ocean front bar and indoor restaurant. Coffee in lobby 24/7. There was plenty of parking (combined on either side of building and across the street). Room key required for parking which prevents outside visitors from taking spots. Our room was clean & spacious with a great view of the beach. This location is definitely on my favorites list! I highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoy our stay. The pool is fantastic, just as pictures show. The carpet in our room could use a good cleaning. The air conditioner was either running and cold or off and muggy. There was no in between which made it uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was great and had a good variety!

Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very busy with Spring Break going on but the only issues were running out of pool towels, people saving their pool chairs all day by leaving their stuff on them and then maybe coming back hours later, and the bed not being what i am used too. Other then those hiccups we had a great time. The room bathroom could use a redo but we had a marvelous view from our window!

We loved the Oceanfront - Balcony room. The pool and the hot tub were amazing! The breakfast & bar food was really good as well. We enjoyed our mini vacation here at Jacksonville Beach

We had reservations for two nights here and were looking forward to seeing the area including St augustine. However while driving thru Georgia we developed major engine danage to the car and stayed near a repair shop that was assessing the damage. The car was deemed unfixable. So we never made it to florida. When i called the Hampton front desk to tell them what happened and that we we would need to cancel, the clerk callously refused to provide a refund. And ended our conversation with "have a nice day". Unreal. Hampton has been our go to hotel for the last several years but no more.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Each staff member we encountered was very friendly, helpful and professional. Easy to check in and out. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The grouper sandwiches and the fish tacos were fresh and very tasty. Breakfast bar was well stocked, very clean and lots of variety.

Fantastic staff. Erick, Carole and Marie at front desk were courteous, friendly and very helpful no matter what the need. Food was tasty and plentiful every morning. Housekeeping personal made sure our room was kept clean and linens stocked daily. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel located on the beach and close to shopping and dining. Property in great condition. This will be our main stay for all future visits to Jacksonville Florida. Great job Hampton Inn

I've been to this hotel before with my boyfriend, but this recent trip was a solo one. I booked the ocean view room and the views are amazing! The room was clean and the whole hotel smells so fresh and pleasant. The front desk associates are all super friendly, welcoming, and professional. Had an amazing stay as my first one. Also, there's the Tides bar & grill located right next to the hotel which makes getting drinks and food so convenient. The food and drinks are great. They also have beach chair/ umbrella rentals on the beach for a reasonable price. The beach is literally a tiny walk from the hotel, passing the Tides Bar. I rate this hotel 10/10 - location, service, amenities, everything.

The property was in an excellent area. The room was better than most and our housekeeper was outstanding. The walls, however, were paper thin and we could hear normal conversations in the room next door. We purchased our room from Expedia, which was $60.00/day below the Hilton price, and were put on the first floor because we purchased our room through a 3rd party provider. We could not see the ocean from our room due to a large sand dune. And, to top things off, we, when we checked out, we were billed $20.00/day for parking, which was a charge about which we had not been previously informed

Expedia totally messed up my reservation. Steve at the front desk tried to get it straightened out but the person on the phone was not understanding what the issue was. Steve gave me a room with a better view and lower rate. My mom is handicapped and due to Expedia’s mistake the accessible room was not available. The room we were given was very spacious and the staff found us a shower chair so she could bathe. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The building was very clean and bright. They were upgrading the pool and patio area and it’s going to be beautiful. I would not hesitate to book and stay there again.

Swimming pool was not up and running but given the weather, understandable. Excellent location and very quiet. Breakfast okay. I had a king room with partial ocean view but really a full ocean view. Very nice.
