For an older hotel, it is in good condition. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues. Within walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean. Nice upgrades going on. Amazing breakfast. Great selection of food. Nice large dining area.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, but the room we were in was in disrepair. Bathroom fan, doorknob, fixtures were falling apart. Bed was not very comfortable.

the manager was totally unprofessional, the front desk staff were mildly helpful dependant on the staff and women are NOT safe here, especially if they’re alone.

Great hotel. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Central location. The Indian restaurant attached was amazing. Staff were professional, polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was amazing! This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was nice to see the same staff from 2 years ago. Great parking options, beautiful lobby, tasty restaurant options and I'm just overall super happy with the experience. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel and rooms are dated but they are kept clean. The area outside the hotel and view from the window is less than ok. Lots of debris and garbage outside as there is a big population of homeless right across the street.
The staff were great very friendly and attentive. Our TV would t work so the staff were quick to rectify the situation. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty decent.
We were on the third floor and it was very noisy ( lots of banging noises ).
If the staff weren't as friendly as they were this one night stay would have been horrible. Thanks to the staff that made it better.

The staff were helpful and pleasant and most of the reason for the positive reviews. However the building itself is dated and the hot water was a problem. You had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes to get any at all. It's also very close to a halfway house or shelter of some sort which made us feel a little uneasy. Not the ideal place for a hotel to be.

Rooms are cleaned and serviced regularly.

Great full breakfast selections with eggs, bacon and snacks.
Lots of cameras in the parking lot to keep riffraff away.

there is smoking smell in the lobby no matter it is a smoke free inn.

The property was difficult to locate as the Inn side was only on one side of the building at the back. Also a number of homeless people were hanging around the parking area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hot continental breakfast was nice to have as an option. Only negative is that sections of the parking lot were in bad condition. We would stay here again.

Good hotel for the price. We slept well. The breakfast ares is small, we did not get a table.the first morning. Unfortunatly, the neighbourhood has a lot of homeless people, I did not feel it was very safe at night but nothing happened to us

The hotel the staff were great! Loved the shower! The homeless camp around the corner was uncomfortable! Parking was tight when the bar was open!

This hotel is located near a railway and a firehall. A little noisy although I had a restful sleep. There were some homeless people wandering the streets nearby, but I felt secure in the hotel

The staff at this hotel are very courteous and professional. Any issues are addressed on a timely basis. We travelled with our dog and were welcomed by staff. Pet friendly hotel with clean rooms.
