The room smelled gross, the tv didn’t work. But I guess you pay on what you get.

I've stayed here previously and it's close to the concert venue we go to otherwise I would not stay here. It feels and looks old run down and not clean. The sheets and bathtub are good but the rest of the room is dirty and gross. Broken stuff in every room. Just looks like the owners do not care about the property to fix things properly or at least look like they are trying.

The young lady at the front was very welcoming. We knew we were taking a chance on a lower ended chain when we booked but I am never ok with a used bar of soap left behind an ooen shower curtain and pubic hair in the shower. The coffee was cold at the front office. The bed was comfy and everything else was pretty clean.

There is a smell in the room and the bathroom light doesn’t work. I didn’t realize it didn’t work until I was fixing to get in the shower.

The room was visibly dirty, hair on the bathroom counter and sheets, sheets were stained, floor hadn't been cleaned in ages, sheet were stained, no guest wi-fi, coke machine, snack machine and ice machine were not working, a big hole in the ceiling above the shower. Grossest hotel by far that we've ever stayed in. It was awful and didn't come close to what we expect from a Motel 6. Truly disgusting. They should have paid me to stay there.

Gross bathroom. Dingy baseboards. Shower dirty. If this review is brief its because I refuse to put more effort in than the Motel did. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and great though.

Hotel was in a decent location, it appears it’s under renovation. The renovated rooms were on the other side of the building and about 1/2 empty and we were stuck in a room that hasn’t been renovated yet. I felt like we were housed in the area of permanent residents rooms. Upon arrival, the door had a wide gap between it and the frame on the bottom 1/3rd, the room was barely furnished and the flooring was loose and moved as you walked. No luggage stand, nothing to hang clothes in or on, the so called clothes rack was missing hangers and bar. The renovated rooms looked very nice when we looked inside while waiting on other family with our group to get ready to attend the event we were in town for.

It was a decent size room. Not too loud outside. Airconditioner workwd great.
Bath/shower was nice. Just didnt have coffee maker and stickers in the grass for dogs to walk in.

Absolute worst hotel we have experienced. First night wasn’t bad left the second day being there to come back to all bathroom essentials and fiancés makeup gone. They ended up bringing back some stuff and saying they don’t know what happened to the rest so about 60$ worth of stuff gone. After dealing with that and about to go to sleep for the night we had a roach run around across our 4 year olds foot. Worst place to stay in Stephenville

Stayed here because I had dogs with me. Waste receptacle in lawn area was out of bags and was OVERFLOWING with bags full of waste.
Room was pretty torn up from previous pets. Charge a deposit and keep it to repair damage if done - don’t make others pay full price for a decent room and be put in a dump because you’ve got dogs who are clean and well behaved with you. Seriously - $80 a night for a dump with a flat pillow and walls full of holes? Not cool.

It was nice rooms and nice beds. Could have been a little clearer in the bathroom.you could hear noise in the room above us.

This place has been renovated, however a poor job at that. Bugs and the cleanliness of the overall place is not up to par. Upon check-in the door lock would not operate only when a manager came to open for us. We did not feel safe at all.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the first part was rained out. So I called the hotel and asked if we could check in early & they had no problem doing that at all. It allowed my daughter to rest a little before she had to play the next round of games. The room was clean & the ac unit works VERY well. We told the manager our tv remote didn’t work as we were headed out to a game & when we got back later that evening the remote issue was taken care of. It’s not a fancy hotel at all but they are friendly, it is clean, and comfy enough to get some rest.

Overall, it was great for the price I paid. The only complaint was that the room was very hot when I arrived because the AC was off and it was 95 degrees outside. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay and it was conveniently located.

We booked 3 rooms and they were all dirty. One room had a pair of men's underwear in the bathroom when we got there, another had bobby pins in the bed when sheets were turned down. There were dead crickets in the rooms and floors didn't look like they had been swept in a while. Was very disappointed.

Ok quiet room about what you would expect from a Motell 6. Kind of strange 1970s trailer house modular feel to decor. Moderate (6-7) bug count most crickets no roaches. Probably not a family motel. Worked ok for one night cheap hotel.

We got in early to Stephenville and the person at front desk wouldn’t let us check in early even though she had a room available so we had to go sleep in a parking lot til 2:00pm then check in. When we finally checked in the room was ok but the door was hanging low off one hinge and there was dirty walls and the shower was filthy there was a hole in the wall and flys everywhere! The pool was not working and there was no mention of it on the website

There was lots of cosmetic issues. The A/C was working good and the refrigerator froze several drinks. The shower was working great and well as the toilet. Lighting was not very good. The bed was different but comfortable enough. The swimming pool was not working.

For a one night stay while traveling pretty decent. Though we'd recommend staying in the 2nd floor. Loud party outside our room till 4am. We'll sleep tomorrow night at home thankfully. But shower was great and the customer service was very kind and accommodating.

We have stayed at this location before and never experienced this kind of problems. All the rooms smelled horrible Covers on beds were visually dirty, sheets had holes in them, and we saw bugs in the room when we got in. We will never stay at this location again.
