We have been to this location several time. They have been great every time.

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and were given one with 2 doubles with no adjustments. They also never let us know ahead of time that they weren’t providing us with the type of room we booked. The carpets throughout the halls and rooms are very stained. There was old dried blood on the comforter. I called the front desk and asked for a new one and the response I got well there is a sheet between you and the comforter. I had to argue with them to get a clean comforter and I had to go down to the lobby and get it myself. She was snippy and clearly annoyed with me for not being willing to just used the dirty comforter. I tripped over an unsafe slab in the lobby injuring myself. Resulting in a sprained ankle, bruised knee and thigh, bleeding hands and bruises on my face from hitting my face on the tile floor. I went to the front desk about my fall and was given 2 bandaids, no offer for anyone with first aid to look me over and no sympathy, apology or even concern if I was ok.

I've stayed in Hyatt Houses in other parts of CA, and they were very modern and spacious. This on the other hand was the complete opposite. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a small room. You had to close the bathroom door in order to enter the room. This room did not look like it had been updated in the past 10 years. There are no USB ports anywhere, which I've just grown accustomed to as standard now. It was a clean room so it was fine overall, would not pick it again though if I'm ever in the area.
And just on a weird side note: I'm not sure who decided that the best place to put the towel rack of new towels is inside the shower?

All the staff are so nice. I was touched by the welcome gift they gave my daughter from the time I checked in. The room was cleaned perfectly, and I have experienced many places, but I think this place is the best. The pool was so clean and even warm that I enjoyed swimming in the evening. The free breakfast was so delicious, there were many kinds, and even rice and soup. I will definitely come back here, and I would highly recommend it to others. I still can't forget the bright smiles of the staff.

Upon check-in I did not know about the $100.00 incidental fee also about early check-in fee but that was waived. These fees should have communicated before arrival. I previously called about a walk-in shower and was told I had to wait for check-in to see if one was available and there was none at the hotel after seeing one on the website. Hyatt House would not have been booked if I knew they have no walk-in shower which I needed for my disability. The H-Bar was not opened Tuesday or Wednesday from 5pm-10pm as stipulated on the customer hotel amenities sheet. When I asked why the H Bar was not opened their response was there was a call out. Again, this is advertised on website. Another incident I was not informed upon arrival that housekeeping was every other day so twice I was promised housekeeping would clean my room and no one from housekeeping showed. I spoke to the General Manager, and she apologized, and she would see where the breakdown of communication was which honestly, I believed never happened. Still, I don't know what truly happened none of the staff reported anything to me. The channel selection was very limited where most hotels have more of a selection. Also, there should be more of a selection for grab and go options since the H Bar was closed. Two-bedroom suite should have larger waste baskets. The amount of money, I paid $757.00 I expected more. In the future I will book my room at the Marriott Hotel not at the Hyatt House. Expedia this was letdown.

My first stay was 8 weeks due to a home flood and the service and cleanliness was amazing. So, when I needed a hotel for some home repairs, I definitely went back. No surprise, same great stay. Great breakfast too!

It advertised it had a bar with food.. all three staff employees the two at front desk and bartender stated no food we only offer drinks.. bartender stated sorry no food and he will close at 8:30 when they said 10pm.. being a parent it was very important for me to be able to get a appetizer and a drink to take a break with having to drive out with my kid..very disappointed it did not have what was advertised

the hotel stay was good. The only problem I had was they charge $100 per day for incidentals I stayed three days so I paid $300 at the time of check-in. Just wanted to warn others traveling on a budget. The money is refunded when you leave but it was a surprise to me that I had to pay $300 extra at check in.

Overall a nice hotel. We liked the kitchenette’s in the rooms. Especially since there was no restaurant/bar. Beds were comfortable.

This place had excellent reviews. I think they were fake. The room was run down and dingy. Not very clean or nice. Sick of getting screwed by these hotels and fake reviews.

I was happy with the room and property for a short stay. My interaction with staff was good. The courtyard is nice with tables and grills available. The breakfast could have been a little better with more hot food options.

Nice place, family friendly, and staff was nice too.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in a suite and the hotel was nice, nothing too fancy, and the people working there were all very friendly. The two negatives are the way the showers drain (although the shower itself & water pressure was great) and absence of a safe in the room. Overall, though, the place was clean with restaurants and even a Trader Joe's not too far away (about a 5 min drive).

Great hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfy plenty of room.

Our ceiling was leaking water and the front desk was not pleasant when I simply called to ask for a bucket. No one offered to make things better or offer service in any way. I didn't ask to be moved rooms or make any demanding requests, yet I was treated brusquely. The hotel is nice, but the customer service representatives and front desk staff were definitely lacking any sense of helpfulness or friendliness. Definitely a disappointment.

Wonderful staff. I just didn’t like how the guy in the kitchen area was just walking around and starting at me with whatever I would grab from the breakfast bar. Not pleasant. He was the guy in charge I guess from the kitchen that morning.

Although says it’s a Hyatt is not the Hyatt standards I remember. It’s clean; well organized. Just reminded me more of extended stay than Hyatt

I traveled with my wife and 3 little ones. We were amazed at our suite room. Very spacious and felt like a home. My kids loved it. Breakfast was always delicious, great staff, got things like towels toiletries etc. asap when needed, gym was very nice and clean. Great great place to be with family. Will definitely be back! Thanks Hyatt!

1. The air conditioning fan bothered us so much by the loud noise.
2. I believe most of the 120V AC wall outlets and under light outlets aren't working good. They are too loose when plug in the devices.
3. Elevator is... smelly and dirty.
4. It costs more than what we highly expected.
So sorry that I have to tell the truth. We were so excited when booking this hotel, but it turned out with a BIG 😔.
I just know one thing when we left the hotel... "NEVER COME BACK".
Thanks anyway! 🙏

Excellent customer service, friendly staff , free breakfast buffet is pretty good. If I were to change one thing is the coffee. I enjoyed how accommodating all staff and managers were. Servers deserve tip. Clean and cozy. 8 min away from Knotts and 20 from Disney. My family had great time.
