Not a very clean hotel. Elevator is old and in horrible condition. Garden house on the ground outside the back door right on the sidewalk. Breakfast was okay at best.

Property is tired. Rooms are spartan, but if you are going to Chase Stadium, its a viable property. You get what you pay for including indifferent staff

I received exceptional customer service however I was on the 1st floor so no balcony or terrace loved the location and enjoyed the free breakfast would stay again

Newly renovated, the owners spent a large sum to rebrand this motel....with many quality problems. The new sink faucet was flopping around in its hole, lacking bottom nut. Wires for the ACs new thermostat were laying exposed on the floor. Poor contractors...

Too far from the airport, 20 minutes and $50 including tip, better to pay more and stay closer to the airport and save on cab fares, or ubers. Some airport hoteks are close and have free shuttles.

I liked this hotel it was clean, well looked after the welcome pack is a nice touch. I had a room with 2 Queen beds and a kitchenette with dishwasher. While as a lone traveller it didn't bother me what I felt let it down was having provided the kitchenette there was no cutlery or crockery so what are you going to do in the dishwasher, there was only one chair.
I was travelling by train, this hotel was a 15 min walk from Cypress Creek Trirail station.
Would use again.

Overall our stay was great it appears like the room was recently renovated,clean with minor issues it needs to have a shower liner to protect the new flooring the shower curtain doesn't stay put bc the rod is drooping, the window curtains splits in the middle bc the end pull sticks is missing. Will come back again.

A very convenient location as we were going on a cruise and spent two days prior in Fort Lauderdale. Only drawback was the access from the main roads as it was difficult to enter and exit due to the road configuration. Hotel was great for the price point.

Rooms look a bit worn out with a swollen door in the bathroom. It is functional with a 13 to 20 minute ride to FLL airport. There is also a gas station a block away to fill a rental car before returning. Some rooms may have a noisy air conditioner that you would prefer to leave off if the night temperature is not too hot.

Shortly after we arrived, the smoke detector in our room started beeping. We called the front desk, and the lady who came up said she would just take the battery out of the detector. We said no, because that would be a safety violation. She left the room and came back with a new battery. She stayed for a minute, and it did not beep, so she left. About 15 minutes later, it started beeping again. We went down to the desk, and she said she would call maintenance, and sent us back up to our room. She called a few minutes later and said that maintenance would not come in until morning. It beeped every 15 minutes all night. And, we were only compensated 50% of our room fee, even though we didn’t sleep at all. NOT impressed.

We started staying here when we visit Ft. Lauderdale. It is a nice hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will be back.

Room was very comfortable. Full size fridge, microwave, cabinets. Enjoyed the pool. Hot tub was low on water, but water was warm. Room was clean and nice. Elevator floor was not well cleaned, but nothing hazardous. Staff at desk were friendly and efficient. Parking was convenient.

The hotel maintenance is very poor, every single door on the floor we stayed had plenty of bumps. Our door had been poorly repaired and you had to push very both to open and close it.
The room had a strong odor. The space in the room is very narrow due to that unnecessary kitchen (it's a hotel room, not a condo).
Breakfast was ok, not good.

Clean and neat. Parking space at the front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. You could hear them in the next room quite well. Breakfast OK.

Room 228 was horrible. Nasty floors. White socks turned brown. There might be a mold concern in this room. I couldn’t quit coughing while in this room. My wife and I were both sick. The second day my room never got cleaned. This hotel can be cleaner. Seems like the staff are lacking in this area.
