The shower curtain was dirty, the sheets were bloodstained and the gap under the door was very large- like the door was cut too short.

Expecting 2 queens instead of 2 double beds in room. Going from a king beds at home to a double is a stretch. Noise level was comfortable except when in room ac kicked on and off. So loud! No batteries in tv remote to use and had to go to front desk for them instead of having them bring it to room. Bath ceiling large section of chipping paint. We will find another hotel for next trip.

We checked in and shortly afterwords there was a water pressure problem. We left for dinner, when we came back the front desk staff was unable to get any answers from the water authority. We checked out and are awaiting a FULL refund. But the rooms need updated, cracked drywall in the bathroom ceilings, dirty hallway mirror with handprints, it was a smoke free room but smelled of smoke, couch was filthy. Hallway smelled like a wet dog or musty not exactly sure.

Check in was great, lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before. Room 129 needs a little TLC in the bathroom ceiling but everything was good. Breakfast was a normal hot breakfast and coffee was better than most.

Definitely needs service...sheets with stains, a sink that takes 30 minutes to drain and a shower that has 5 inches of water in it when I'm done showering. Also, the thermostat didn't work because the battery was dead.

Nice location. Somewhat dated interior but clean. Person at the front desk (Thursday night) was not friendly but check in was fast. Breakfast was the same as comparable hotels (buffet eggs and sausage, cereal, oranges/bananas, yogurt, make your own waffles). Overall, good value for money ($88 after fees). Cranberry Township is one of the safest in PA. Take that into account.

I do not like that the someone from the staff isnt behind the desk at all times. They're huddled up in a closed off office and take forever to come out when someone is in need of assistance. Either that or they're always on a smoke break.

Good choice. We stayed two nights. Had to ask them to clean and refresh the rooms and they don't clean for stayovers. Less service and higher prices.

Great stay overall. Upon both arrival and check-out, we had to find a staff member to assist us as nobody was there. The room also had a weird smell and it was very humid. It got the job done. Wouldn't necessarily avoid staying here, but wouldn't go out of the way to come back.

This property is really run down. It really needs a makeover! The carpet in the hallway was awful. They are installing new HVAC units which explains some of the dirt in the hallways but the side door area was really dirty and old. The young man who checked us in was really cheerful and helpful with suggestions for restaurants in the area. Our room was ok. Clean and comfy for 1 nights stay while traveling. The breakfast area used to be so nice but now it's in a small rather tight area so it got crowded. Was hard to maneuver when there were a few people in there! Food was adequate for a small space.

The reviews are misleading. The beds are not comfortable, everywhere in the hotel smelled badly, rooms are not clean, walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING, there was trash all over the front entrance and parking lot. Red roof inn looked cleaner than this place smh. Would never stay here again.

We stayed here twice in the span of two weeks while traveling. As others have mentioned, this is a good place to stay for one night. The location is good, easy to access from the highway but still quiet. The front desk staff were helpful. My main suggestion would be to clean all of the heating/AC units, as in each room we stayed in, they were clogged with dust. They made the room smell very musty and could cause problems for people with asthma or other conditions. The rooms were clean besides that.

A hotel is a hotel...this one is basically the same as any other one. BUT...the staff and the service at this hotel were terrific. The breakfast was very good and the rooms extremely clean. Great job by the staff!

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and there was paint peeling from the ceiling and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

Staff is very friendly, place is clean, neat, and the rooms are nice. However, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, a lot, light fixture had rust. A little maintenance on the room and it would be an easy 5 stars.

Affordable rates, quiet, clean, near lots of food options, pet friendly ($25 fee is very reasonable) and right off the highway. What more do you need? Had the roll away crib in our room as requested.

When we entered our room there was a dull smoke smell. The room and furnishings are very dated. Overall, it met our need for an overnight stay and was clean, but its definitely old and in need of repairs and major updates.
