The room wasn’t too bad for cleanliness other than I could definitely tell that the remote had not been wiped down. It was sticky and looked like it had been used a lot.
They do require $100 deposit after I had already paid before I arrived, was not happy about having $100 taken out of my account before anything even happens. They said it will be returned within 24 hours after check out. Will not stay here again because of this. I paid for my room before I got there, so I wouldn’t have to worry about paying for anything there.!!!

Front desk was efficient and honored request for first floor quiet room. Property was less than a mile from hospital so it was very convenient and breakfast was early so hospital check in time of 8 am could be met.

It was uncomfortable from the start. They are not as pet friendly as you may believe and it was awkward at check in as the front desk staff walked away after confirming my reservation included a dog. They returned after speaking to the mamager and asked if it was one dog. I said yes and they let me know the daily pet fee and had me sign the pet adendum. This included provisions that the dog may not go through the lobby but through the side door.
We unloaded and went up to our room. The smell started in thebhalls like cheap overpowering perfume mixed with cigarettes. When we entered the room we noticed the smell was worse and the room was dirty. My spouse pointed to a spot on the door where it looked as though it was kicked in.
I tried opening the window to let air in but it didnt help. I was too nauseous and we left immediately to get fresh air and think about what to do.
After awhile we attempted to close the reservation, not expecting a full refund as we had checked in but were met with rude customer service over the phone. We returned to gather our things and check out regardless as there was simply no way to stay. During this time the manager called leaving me a voicemail, letting me know they would refund the second day of charges and charge me a fee for leaving sooner than planned. Which was fair. This never came but i dont have the energy to argue over it.
The rooms and property dont match well to the advertised space, even down to the breakfast area.

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Was travelling with my 75 year old mother - at check in, we had to move her to a bottom floor room and there was only one available, so we couldn't be next to her. The room she was put in was smelly because of being close to the 'breakfast' area, and the flooring was sticky. Staff had to keep saying, "It's just me - we're short staffed - so you'll have to be patient." The walls are thin, and easy to hear through. The laundry room ate $1 when I tried to get soap from the vending machine - and I wasn't able to get soap or my dollar back right away....so of course I forgot to ask them to do it later. Breakfast was not edible. High sugar yoplait, poor fruit, poor excuse for bread, greasy meats, etc. I know hotel food is generally nothing to be happy about, but this was bottom quality. Staff did try to be helpful, and they were kind. This review is no reflection on the staff - just the owner/management of the place. If I were staying in the area again, I would try to find another place.

We where in Silverdale over the Holidays to visit family the close knit staff made us feel very at home for the week that we occupied the room on Christmas they baked fresh hot blueberry muffins and everyone made us feel at home the room was more than adequate and very decently priced for our stay

More hotels should run their operations like this one like a mom and pop make you feel at home atmosphere

Property is three stories with no stairs. Recovering from ACL surgery and had no advanced notice of this. Beds very uncomfortable and buzzing noise in room all night. Bathroom fan ridiculously loud. Inside of the room door was filthy. Area not great. Had to leave at 2 am on my first of two nights and get another hotel. Front desk staff called manager who said she would call me in the morning at 8 am. No call and denied my refund request through Expedia. Don't waste your money. Stay at the Hampton Inn instead.

I stayed 5 days, 4 nights. Room 304. No elevator which I knew in advance. That’s okay as it gave me the exercise that I needed. lol! I slept like a baby. It was so quiet! The room was better than I thought it was going to be. Some reviews made the place seem horrible. I’m used to the Marriott/Sheraton but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, updated and had piping hot water (the shower). It didn’t smell of smoke like others claimed. The price was very reasonable which included breakfast daily. Danish, toast, waffles, home fries, yogurt, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Can’t beat it for the price. The staff was friendly, it was close to many restaurants. Overall, a great place for a reasonable price! Don’t always look at the bad reviews. People complain about everything these days! Thanks for the nice stay!

We had a quick stay over for medical procedure near-by. We had a king suite. Adequately supplied for a nights stay.
We are very pleased with the hotel. The cleanliness was on point. The bed was a box springs, pillowtop, and very comfortable. The reason i gave 4 stars to cleanilness is because there was that smell of old embedded cigarettes in our room and had breathing issues due to it. Maybe time to repaint with an oder blocking primer or use better filtration in your air systems.
Other than that we liked our room and would consider staying here again. Also, it isnt always clear when booking, they do not have an elevator, so using stairs is tricky for some.

I don't believe there is an elevator for this property. The hallways very close quarters and somewhat dated. The door to our room had gaps so light came in from the hallway. And if someone was talking in the hallway you could easily hear their conversation. But not a lot of foot traffic at night so not a big issue for me. The windows did shut out a lot of the traffic noise. But you couldn't open it for fresh air because you are very close to a busy street. You are also within walking distance to a Safeway, Safeway gas station, Burger King and a Starbucks to name a few. The room was very clean but the bathroom caulking around the tub was peeling up. Had no issues with parking. We were on the second floor. Bed was a traditional box spring. Hotel provided soap and shampoo and conditioner and lotion. All rooms are located inside the building, no outside entry to your room. Check out was easy. Only issue I had was figuring out how the AC worked. The unit said on, but the thermostat didn't kick on even when the temperature was lowered. It was cool enough the first night, second night I am unsure how I got the AC to work but I did.

We walked in and immediately walked out and booked a hotel across the street. The front desk person was rude, the inside lobby was dirty, the hotel room smelt like an ash tray even though it says it’s a smoke free room. We booked our room 2 hours before we showed up and since they said we didn’t cancel within 48 hours we had to pay for the night because it inconveniences them to set the room aside. Which is fine, but they only had to hold the room for 2 hours and there were still plenty of other rooms available so basically they just wanted money for nothing. We went across the street to the Oxford suites and they said that this happens all the time people coming over immediately after seeing the hotel.

I was not able to make and wanted to reschedule for November and Hotels.com tried contacting them and I did not stay at the hotel and got charged . Was sick and Hotel.com was trying to get my date moved with the hotel since I have never canceled like this before .. very disappointed

Friendly and Great staff. Very accommodating. Rooms had been upgraded with plenty of USB ports for our electronics. Bathroom needed to be updated next. Overall the hotel was perfect for our needs. When we made our reservations they listed the breakfast as continental, but is was a nice hot breakfast.

Got this room last minute as I was tired from driving. Friendly staff at the front desk. The only issue I had with the room was that the TV wasnt working at first and I couldnt figure out the AC. So I thought no problem ill call front desk. But the phone also wasn't working. - Through trial and error I jiggled the wires on the TV and it worked. I also figured out the AC the thermostat was on the wall. In the bathroom I found someone elses towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good in the morning, cant go wrong with waffles! :) All in all no biggie, I really just needed a bed to sleep in. Not a bad place at all.

It is a well maintained dated property my main fault was expecting a 3 story hotel to have an elevator, I did not check and the stairs were not a good match for me .
It was busy weekend and it worked but in these times you really expect a hotel with 3 floors to have an elevator!
My fault for not checking.
Also the rooms and bath are small.

The property is old and it shows it. There is no elevator, I almost feel down the stairs trying to bring my suitcase down the stairs from the second floor.

Ok I guess, smelt funny when we first else walked in. Think it was a little over priced for the condition...It was clean though. Staff was very nice and current friendly.

Room was good with comfortable beds. Very clean. The only issue was because they are into sustainability they only clean your room every third day of your stay. I had to track down the cleaning staff for fresh towels and coffee.

The room was clean, tidy, the breakfast was very good--we do not often find things we can eat, but we did and it was yummy. They did not have a liggage cart, but did find us something to use, which I appreciated very much.
The room was small for my husband's scooter. We made it work. We were next to the ice machine, which was noisy and some people passing by were noisy as well, but over all, it was fine. They hotel said it was 10 miles from Brinnon, but it turns out that this was "as the crow flies" as it was 50 minutes away from where we needed to be daily. However, hotels were not very plentiful

No breakfast or coffee one morning because the breakfast staff member had car trouble. I can understand that but thought it strange that another staff member that did make it to work couldn't at least make coffee.
