Great Hotel with outstanding amenities

Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent.

A fantastic hotel. All the staff were great, it was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and dark.
Towncar is great and we never had to wait. Club room is really useful if you’re not looking for a big breakfast and fancy a quick free drinks in the evening.
Looses a star because the showers have such terrible pressure. All rooms are the same, higher rooms even worse. Beautiful bathroom and shower but water trickles out. Such a shame.
Fitness facilities are great. A good 2 miles return run outside to the Interstate too.

Service such as valet service that would take us to restaurants, etc and pick us up for free! The valet guys charged my electric car without requesting it to be done! The room was designed modern as it elegant. The gym is THE best service! The best hotel ! Bellevue is a fun town and elegant as well.
Have no complaints. It was an experience that was is scoring an A plus from me.

Part of the hotel is an athletic club . Guests can use any of the facilities, which is very nice and better than any other hotel gyms.

Always a great stay at The Bellevue Club. Close to downtown, restaurant on-site. Staff is friendly. Valet is courteous. I highly recommend for a relaxing weekend, or short stay.

The hotel was really really clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood so very safe. The staff were quick to fulfill request. I stayed with a 7 year old and he loved the pool and hot tub.

Our stay here for our sons 16th was wonderful. The beds in our room was unbelievably comfortable and man, i didnt want to leave it. The room was also very clean and updated with newer technologies and a plethora of amenities. The food at cosmos was DELICIOUS and our service with Shieik(sp) was outstanding. The front desk clerk greeting us was very warm and friendly and im wishing I remembered his name! Shaun, one of the young men working in valet/room service was very kind and professional. Ibrahim, the private car/shuttle driver was an absolute treasure; my husband had a wonderful time connecting with him and enjoyed his conversations thoroughly. The only negative I will mention was the basketball courts being far too crowded to enjoy a short game of ball and a rather unpleasant man working in the valet area (older light complected man) - he was rather short and condescending in his responses to my husband. I can say at least that the customer service in all areas over all was great, and I feel that though this hotel is a pricey stay, its worth thr price. We would definitely stay again.

Almost too much to do here...2 restaurants, cafe, towncar that takes you to into town...pools, gyms, racquet ball...it's a blast..wish we stayed longer.

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday and we had an amazing time. I really enjoyed the gym. I was able to do some deadlifts. I have zero complaints. We will back😁

Breakfast was very disappointing. It was worse than any other three or two-star hotel. No cereal, no milk. Just cheap bagals, yogurts, small peace of cakes, cut fruits and coffee &teas. That's all.
Only fitness facilities are good.
If you visit this hotel, do not expect breakfast.

I loved this hotel so much! The modern Japanese / Scandinavian design, the windows over looking the garden, the staff, amenities… I will definitely stay again there in my next visit! 10/10 recommend!

There was No complimentary breakfast though they offered $25 dine in credit. Room not as described. I paid for premier room but feels like i got deluxe. Furniture and layout was just like the pics from the deluxe pics. No balcony as described. Not sound proof for sure. I could hear foot pounding. Enough stayed

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel, mainly because of the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was very nice with modern amenities and functionality. Hotel is a bit isolated from busier areas, so it is nice if you like hotel services and quiet but not so much if you want to get out and about frequently.

The bar closing early was a problem and not having access to food or room service was kind of an issue. My room had a bit of a musky smell close to a smokers room. I didn’t say anything
