there was a lotttt of late night noise in parking lots 3am type, tv only works for 10 minutes at a time then powers itself off .that was turned in on 1st night but never was repaired during 4 day stay.

I’m actually the daughter of the the couple that stayed. They enjoyed their stay once the kinks were worked out but the first day was extremely stressful and difficult. The hotel staff stated there was an issue with the hotels.com payment and was threatening to kick my senior parents out of the room while they weren’t even at the property. Even though we had proof of payment and the issue wasn’t on our end. They were basically suggesting a double payment to correct the issue and knowing their policy would not refund what we had already paid through hotels.com. This being my parents first trip away without me there to handle everything, I was 4 hours away having a panic attack while working with hotels.com reps who could not get the hotel to answer the phone with multiple attempts. I even tried and could not get through. Then I finally had to escalate to a hotels.con supervisor who after more multiple attempts finally got the hotel in the line and was able to correct whatever the issue was and get my parents all settled. I believe the hotel should have offered them a free future stay after all that mess because it caused some major stress! Other than that my parents weren’t too disappointed with their stay and did like theirs room.

It is well located, but the service is not very good

Check in was fast young lady at front desk was very nice.. we requested a room on the first floor and that’s what we got..was very pleased with that l…upon entering the room there was a roach on the floor..overall the room was clean until I went in the bathroom..there hair on the toilet,sink and tub.. always take gloves and my own cleaning supplies..then when I went to wash my face the sink was stopped up so my husband unclogged it with wash clothe…we only had 2 wash cloths..well u get what u pay for it was a last minute getaway..but overall it was ok..

Just terrible overall.

Unfortunately, the Friday pricing was way beyond the quality provided. The sheets had fingertip size holes in them, the sink backed up in the morning simply brushing my teeth, the towels were stiff and smelled cheaply washed, and there was a stand alone floor dehumidifier in the room. To add to it, there was literally someone changing/swapping out the transmission from their SUV in the parking lot. Literally, the front tires of the vehicle were pulled up on the curb, and 3-4 guys had the transmission laying on the ground beneath the vehicle, exhaust disconnecting and on the ground, too.

Refrigerator leak into floor multiple times, mold stain shower curtain, minimal breakfast - no fruit, sausage was old and greasy, old bread for toast, not a good breakfast

The owners were amazing but due to previous occupations, our blankets had cigarette holes and the door was hard to open.
