Went with my wife and two children, both under 9 for a ski trip to Bromont for the family day long weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but a bit dated. I stayed there with my daughter 4 years ago, rooms and overall hotel has not changed at all or been updated. It's a nice place, but could use a little update inside and with the rooms. But the service was good, hotel bar would use a few more staff so the wait is not so long when ordering, especially when the hotel is fully booked and over a long weekend.

The staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle to and from the mountain was very convenient. For a family trip with some skiing and some liking the idea of pool and bar, this place is perfect.

Staff was really nice, the indoor pool was also good, however the property is old and needs renovations... and the walls are paper thin - we could hear everything from our suite!

It was my second stay at the hotel, the room was clean, and quiet. There is a nice mini bar, nice nespresso coffee machine in the room. The spa is connected to the hotel which is great. Down side: the breakfast options have changed at the restaurant, the new buffet is terrible, way too expensive for what it is, and definitively not what you would expect for a property like chateau bromont.

Our room faced out right onto the terrace with people walking past our window. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that evening but luckily for us, it started pouring rain and lasted throughout the night so no one was out there. The rate of almost $500 for one night for this shabby rundown room was a complete ripoff.

Rooms are old and outdated. Not enough outlets for charging. Too many lights taking up sockets. Should be replaced by modern LED ceiling lights. No exhaust in bathroom. No hand held shower. Heating was not working and was provided with portable heater.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Quebec surrounded by mountains and lush green vegetation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel which is the best in the area to anyone visiting this part of Canada.

terrible person greeting guests in quatre canards. showed up at 9;55 for breakfast. door was closed so i opened it. very under human looks and talks to me like Im scum, tells me they are closed. we asked to take muffins and cofee for ride home and were told, 'i just said were closed!' well, 9;55 to me is not 10 am is it? to the manager of hotel or restaurant i want a refund for the cost of 2 breakfasts and...rest assured we wont be back. corey mchugh

Both nights we stayed there we were woken up in the middle of the night by people partying on the same floor. The hotel should have someone make rounds to ask people partying to do it respectfully or stop the party.
