Always stay here. Very nice staff and plenty of places to shop or eat. Recommend eating at Alfredos for good italian dishes. Right on route 19 which is good. Only drawback was promised homemade choc chip cookies at 6 pm they never showed up. That’s ok

There was no hot water for tea. When I inquired where I could find hot water, manager replied in snotty voice, “ I am getting it”.
Then she was outside smoking.

Older building… litter outside but not their fault, elevator old… but room clean and bed comfy and yummy breakfast

Unfortunately, we came after a storm. There was limited power. There was no hot water , little air, no one working at front hall desk because she had to clean a room for a guest. There was no hot breakfast but the sweet lady that hosted couldn’t help it. She served everything else but eggs and meat. There were no elevators operating but fortunately we were on the first floor. The only thing that was upsetting was the price. It was over $200 per night with all these issues. Not fun.

The bathroom door could not close due to oversized bath vanity. No alternative was offered. Heater had one setting-very hot...did not stop at desired temperature. Floors were dirty...my dark socks were covered in white. Bfast waffle maker-broken. Showers were low flow and water was very soft, meaning longer rinsing time- where does this combo save on water? Should have gone to less expensive hotel for probably better experience. Feel ripped off.

they do not clean rooms unless requested, have a blanket iinside of evelope and do not replace blanket every day
just replace envolope . do not replace soap as long as you are there this is a 70.00 room at best.

Checkin was fine… but disappointed that “Hotel Tonight” listed this hotel as pets stay free — arrived and found out it cost $50. Bed was very lumpy needs replacing.

Stayed here for a travel softball tournament over a weekend. Very nice property. Appeared to be recently remodeled and very clean. Comfortable beds, and nicely appointed rooms. Shower was hot & had very good pressure. Great complimentary breakfast. Convenient location about 5 minutes from Veterans Memorial Park, and a stone's throw from multiple restaurants (the nearby Shoney's is AWESOME). We are in the area frequently for tournaments and will make this our hotel of choice from now on.
