Smelly outside trash sitting in front of the room door, very outdated, room smells like cigarettes, people smoking marijuana, weirdo’s standing and roaming outside, breakfast sucked only muffins and coffee creamer was rotten, did not provide WiFi password, no swimming pool, customer service sucked , the lady was too busy paying attention to other people in the lobby

The room is old looking completely not what is in the advertisement (no update) We were placed in the room next to ..??? different person come in and out with loud music. A police car strolled in the parking area to scan people.

I wasn’t the cleanest. Crayon was found by bed. I had to go ask for shampoo and extra soap. Kitchen was old and worn. Microwave and fridge was old. Room was dark not enough lights to work comfortably

The room that we had requested and paid for at the time of booking wasn't available. Instead of a king bed they gave us a room with a full-size bed. also, the room was disgusting. there was dirt and leaves on the carpet, they shower had mildew and there was dried vomit in the toilet. Obviously, the room had not been cleaned. We requested a full refund for this stay. The hotel agreed but said that Hotels.com needed to call and request the refund.

Worse hotel ever. I checked in, my boyfriend and I went to our room the room was okay but the bathroom was gross the paint from the ceiling was peeling off the bath tub was destroyed and it smelled like cigarettes. We go back to the front desk and let the gentleman know about the bathroom he gives us another room same thing the bathtub is destroyed and the fan vent on the ceiling was detached. Worst hotel I have ever encountered.

Unique: spent first 1/2 hour in lobby listening to loud bathroom noises. When I was raising my boys I had a saying: Better out your mouth than your ass. Woman comes out walking slow. Moving more sideways than straight. Phone rings... Will finish later. Key words: slow, exceptionally rude, apparently unable to work the system. Demanded I leave. "Go sit in your car" Me: "May I sit here while I talk to Expedia?" Her: "No !" End result: No room She couldn't find reservation Talked to Expedia. They were exceptionally good & resolved the issues. Thx John & Gracie @ Expedia 😁🏆

I did not like the fact that the bathroom door was not flossing properly. There was mildew on the walls and bathtub. The sink faucet had heavy calcium build up and mildew. The shower was leaking all night. Toilet paper holder bracket is broken, does not hold paper roll, bracket comes off. The room smelled very bad when we arrived.

The staff was veryy friendly especially KARLA she was really ! but when it came to the room the floor was disgusting stains from the night before and the toliet had feces that hadnt been cleaned off the sofa i had in the room was full of stains like it hadn't been wiped in a while pillow cases had makeup still on it i was afraid to sleep in the bed cause i didnt know if the sheets were clean and i didnt want tell management's cause #1 it should of been properly cleaned #2 there was an extra charge for any house keeping that i dont think i should have to pay for something that should've ben done i paid for the deluxe room you would think management would double check there workers work overall i left a my reservation the one day in advance cause i just didnt feel clean

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was nasty dirty, the shower towels were dirty and I couldn’t even get more. The bed was crocked, the room smelled nasty and the service was aweful! Never again!

No desk clerk for over 20 minutes when i tried to check in. The clientele appeared to be mostly people with addiction problems as well as non-citizens. The site was not well kept and the interior of the lobby was a mess as well as being inconveniently located.

Kitchen contained ONLY 1 towel, 1 dinner plate, 1 salad plate, 1 bowl, 1 knife, 1 fork, 1 butter knife, 1 drying rack, small packets of dish soap, and NOTHING ELSE. A card said if we wanted anything else, contact the front desk and they would provide them. Cabinets were dirty, sticky, and very worn. Floor was dirty. Drawers were dirty. Sink had no stopper. Bathtub had large black gouges and no stopper.

The room was not properly cleaned. Lots of stain on bedding and shower curtain. The floor of the restroom was lifting all long the tub. Over all not a pleasant stay very uncomfortable.

This place is awful! Do not book here. The room was dirty, the towels and bathtub had big long brown hairs in them. Cigarette smoke was seeping into our room from the room nextdoor. We killed cockroaches outside the door. The TV barely worked. It worked maybe 20% of the time. The service was good at check-in, then awful at checkout. Not to mention, they double charged us. We asked for a late check out. The lady the night before said anything after 12 noon would be charged 10.00 and I wouldn't be charged. When I called in the morning for the late check out at noon, the lady said that anything after 11:45 I'd be charged 10.00. She came pounding on our door at 11:55 for us to check out. I got the office at 11:58 for checkout. We were charged 10.00 and the rate of the room, after we had already paid for the room on hotels.com Avoid this dump at all costs. Unless you enjoy getting woken up early in the morning by the screaming children that live there and run down the halls screaming and playing.

We had to wait over 15 minutes for a clerk to show up to check us in. She was the only person working at this rather large motel on Saturday night of a holiday weekend. We had to walk by overflowing garbage cans to get to our room. The smell was awful. The second night we were there, every time the fan turned on, the smell of urine invaded our room. There were no usual amenities like soap, shampoo, blow dryer, ice machine. The free breakfast was an empty coffee urn and stale muffins. Noise during the night iof a dog in the next room and loud individuals in the parking lot. My feet were black after walking barefoot across the floor. We would have cancelled our second night, but it was Labor Day weekend and motels were full. The printer was broken, so I was supposed to receive my receipt by email, which never happened.
