Clean rooms!

Room was in a terrible condition and so was the lobby and elevator. The bathroom was scary … shower trickled a little bit of water and ceiling looked like
It was going to collapse.
Free breakfast was orange juice coffee and muffin. They should not provide this as ‘free breakfast’ nor advertise it as including breakfast.

The room was dirty, there was a crushed bug on the wall.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness or lack thereof was a big issue - the bathroom-toilet need to be completely redone: dirty, moldy, old. The sheets had stains and holes.

Elevator was not working but the staff did turn it on for us for our elderly family members to use but had to turn it off. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest and one of the rooms in our group had bugs in the bed.

I thought with the name Wyndham on it that it would be at the very least clean without bugs crawling around.

Paint was pealing, mold on tiles, bathtub was dripping and was stained/pealed off. Did not feel comfortable using the shower.

I didn’t end staying when I got there the hotel was very uninviting. People sitting around outside smoking. When I arrived they informed me that the elevator was out of order and this ice machine was not working. They did allow me to cancel reservation. So I just left.

Stopped for the night on a long road trip. Immediately upon walking in the lobby reeked of smoke (cigarette and otherwise). The hallways leading to the rooms reeked all the more. The back “security doors” were broken. The pool looked oily. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned (found used cue tips on the floor). There were broken outlets by the window.

The hole plase was upgraded. The bathrooms is brand new.

During our stay the building smelled like smoke in our bathroom the shower curtain was torn and I found hair all in the bathtub. The muffins were stale. The chip machine did not work. I had to ask to have our room cleaned. Overall it was okay but I will not stay there again.

Water pressure was so low and they insisted it wasn’t, I could not take a bath for 2 days after running the water for 30 minutes only a half a cup of water was in the tub and I left I didn’t stay the second night

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had screwed up my booking date and had to contact Hotels.com to cancel and rebook. Front desk was great thru the process. Made a frustrating situation must easier and we had a few good laughs.

A/c, chair and tv were all broken. Properly was not even close to rating. Breakfast is muffin and coffee

Bad smell in the room. Bathtub had holes in the bottom of it. I didn't bother to take a shower in it. I could hear the people upstairs who were very loud and stomping around the room

There was stains on the comforter and the sheets. The tub had hair on it. The walls in the bathroom had stains on them. It was food that was left from another guest on the chair. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless it is your last resort.

Smelled of smoke. Door had been broken into before. Caulking inside where lock fit in. First room we looked at before we stayed had pubic hair on the bed sheet. We asked for another room. Burnt cigarette hole in the bedspread. Wont stay at a Super 8 again.

Worst ever sad excuse for a hotel makes all super 8 look bad needs to be shut down and rebranded super dump. Not a good experience at all did not stay left within about an hour after reporting to Expedia

Bed was very uncomfortable, heater was noisy, door handle on the hall side of door was broken and hanging down, toilet often did not flush properly, batteries in tv remote were weak and made it harder to use and unknown to me before i reserved the room-"light continental breakfast"(a new one on me) consisted of muffin, coffee or juice ONLY! If i had only known the truth i would have paid a little more and gotten more and better (hopefully)

Front desk was nice at check in. But the property was dirty broken elevator,stairway was dirty looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days.. the bed sheets had stains on them but seemed to be clean. Broken down vehicle on property that looked like it had been there for a longtime. Air Conditioner would not run for more than3 mins ans would shut off. Was very disappointed in that. Can't sleep when it's hot.

Very run down hotel. Free breakfast not really all the machines broken. Pool? Broken. Elevator? Broken. Bathtub? Cracked. Bed was ok. It was cheap.

The hotel had an awful smell and when we got to the room it was worse. The bathtub stopper was broken and wouldn’t hold water in tub. The sink stopper was stuck in sink so the water just stayed in sink. There was no iron in the room, I went to front desk to ask for one and she went to go search other rooms for one but I guess she never found one. The front desk lady was friendly.

We've stayed at this motel several times over the years. It has gone to total crap. Stains on the pillow cases, bottom of the bath tub was broke and patched, the door wouldn't close without lifting it. My wife couldn't close it herself. Remote for the tv didn't work. And just over all just nasty. No breakfast. Just some dried out looking muffins, and I went to get some orange juice, and ended up with a cup full of nats. And the lady at the desk really didn't care.

Poorly maintained, dirty, smelly, stained comforter, only one light out of three working in bathroom, both lamps next to bed didn’t work, about the only good thing was the sheets seemed clean. Pay more to stay somewhere else.

This property is badly in need of renovation. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and clean, but other things needed improvement. While the towels appeared washed, they were badly stained. Things from the toilet to the tub needed refreshing from apparent mold buildup. Office chair was wobbly and telephone was beyond repair. I had no confidence that the tile and carpet were comfortably clean.
Being tired from a day of driving through thunderstorms, I did manage to sleep well.

The bedding was clean the room was okay but it had a very bad smell to it and around the air conditoner the wall was rotten. It suited it's purpose for the 1 night and for the price
