Great location and friendly staff.

Staff was so helpful and kind. We reserved 2 rooms so we could spend some extra time with our grandkids--who greatly enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

I checked into a king deluxe suite on Friday 12 Jan 2024 and I was checking out 16 Jan 2024 and I needed space due to myself having PTSD from overseas. On my very first day I went for a swim around 11pm and upon getting back to my room I tried to take a shower and ran the water for 30 mins COLD. I went down cold still wet from the pool to tell them. They moved me to a smaller room that had a tub shower and this room was not what I paid for. That room was giving me triggers. The next morning I moved back to room 141. The original room I had. I complained and told them I stay locally and if there’s any way I can get the night back for the room I paid for and the manager told me she couldn’t do it. But I can get 25% off which was $108. I felt like they should have done right and just comp’d me a night for the room I had but couldn’t stay in the first night. I don’t want to pay extra money for something like that. That put a nasty taste in my mouth. And it sucks leaving this review. I just wanted the night I paid for in the room I paid for. This hotel is so close to my job I tried it out because every few months I have to get away from my family and people to clear my head and I needed a safe place. And the first night I wasn’t provided that. I loved my room and I felt like this could be my new place I stay when I get triggers, guess not. 600 bucks for 4 days the money wasn’t and option. Customer service and making wrongs right would have been the best thing. I fought for this

Always a good sleep at the Hampton! They installed wood/vinyl floors since the last time I was there, which can be chilly to walk on so take slippers with you

Excellent location

When we pop over to Lynnwood area from Vancouver BC, we always stay at this Hilton. It is convenient, lots of shopping and restaurants in area and don't need to go onto highway for the above if not needed

Stayed there several times. Never disappoints!

We were in the kitchen/bedroom suite. Ki t Chen was missing items silverware, cups, glasses pans. Had one fork, one soup spoon etc. Breakfast has changed with limited choices. Staff are friendly, pleasant but clearly understaffed.

Upon arrival we were not greeted by the staff at the hotel. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were given a room with 2 doubles that was connected to a family with rather loud children. The staff member that checked us in did not go over any details of the hotel or how to use any of the amenities. When we went to check out from the hotel again the staff was not friendly. The lobby of the hotel was untidy with garage from the breakfast scattered about.

Broken: toilet, shower drain, shower door wont stay shut, bathroom light, blinds ripped out of track.

We had a comfortable and easy stay here. Would come again.

Missed the fresh baked cookies at the counter…there were dog treats instead. Room was noisy (family w young kids) in the adjoining room & it sounded like people upstairs moving furniture all night. Also weird food smells wafting in the night.

I thought this was a great stay. The staff member who checked us in (Jenny) was nice and when I asked for a higher floor she checked without looking put out - unfortunately there wasn't anything which was fine. The location is awesome as is the free parking and complimentary breakfast - fairly clean facilities and I would definitely come back and recommend to those I know. The only one thing that was a drawback was the room smelled a bit like a pet had been in there (or faintly like pee) but we opened the windows and walked to Whole Foods and bought some room spray - seemed to do the trick. The bathroom floor also didn't feel very clean - kind of felt like I didn't want to go in there without shoes and the toilet paper and tissue were almost out with no extra one, but again, not a huge deal. I appreciate the great customer service and making us feel welcome by the front desk and breakfast staff.

We had a nice stay… hotel is in a convenient location and staff were friendly. Breakfast options could be improved but it’s still ok.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was good and the location was easy to get to off the highways and close to a ton of shopping options.

Great hotel to stay. Wonderful staff that returned my wedding rings I forgot in the room. Great service and great suite.

convenient location

When my husband and daughter showed up to stay here they were told the reservation was canceled, and we were still charged. Myself and other daughter were in the hospital because she was seen emergently that night. They had to drive back to the hospital and thank god they made an exception and let my husband and daughter stay. It ended up being after 1:00 am before we were able to get settled down.

Convenient location. AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well at night
