Smell, beds suck, internet useless

The internet was on a 0-20kb/sec with interruptions, the problem wasn’t solved while I was there. Big inconvenience for me because I had to send my work in.
Beside of that everything was OK

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast with many choices. I did not have time to try the pool but people staying told me it was warm.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Can’t believe how expensive it was. Nothing good about this spot. Stains on all walls, on the bed and the room smelt poorly too.

The desk staff and breakfast attendant were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was older and could use some general maintenance. Our bathroom outlet didn't work, for example. Every area smelled nice which was clearly intentional on the part of the owners.

Clean and comfortable though dated decor. Wireless was free but verrrry slow. Because I had to change an upcoming appointment online it was concerning.

We didn’t stay. It was full of bedbugs. Now they won’t refund the money. If I don’t get some compensation, after having to pay for a room in a different hotel, will be putting this in every social media platform I can access.

The carpet in the halls was dirty, expensive deposit of $250. For a not so nice hotel.

Where to start…. Building dated, hallways and room smell of smoke despite being non smoking, mold in the showers, remote battery cover missing, no wifi in our room, and a little racist at breakfast, as they only ask Indigenous clients for the key card sleeve to prove they were staying there, as we and other clients were not asked for their key card!

I got there late in the morning the staff was very nice and friendly.

Heater was broken in the room and it was a cold night. They had no extra blankets at desk and switched our room at their suggestion. The 2nd room we would told heat is working great.. it worked for about 20 mins and then just cool air coming out. We were cold all night with just one thin comforter blanket. We wore extra socks and hoodie up over our head to try to sleep and it was still cold enough I shivered all night. I told the desk. They said “oh ya” again when I said we didn’t get to sleep because of the temperature they replied “oh ya”. Will not be staying there again.

I had the lady and 2 kids out for a getaway. The pictures looked nice and I was definitely fooled. It didn't look anything like the pictures. Very run down hotel for the name travellodge. We came into room to go to bed and as I was pulling the blankets free from the bed. A pair of used woman underwear popped out. It was extremely gross and I couldn't sleep all night after that. Very terrible experience.

Beds were comfortable. Did not receive any housekeeping services. They came in and took garbage out on day 2. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was old and outdated. Hooks ripped out of the door and wall in bathroom.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We arrived to a bunch of people doing drugs and alcohol all over the property. There was a blood stain on the wall as we made our way to our room, the room had holes on the walls, dirty bedding, smells. When we secured our trailer and vehicle, ambulance and fire showed up to haul someone away who was high on drugs and we presume was overdosing. 10 seconds after walking into the room, we grabbed our stuff and left for sanitary and safety reasons. Blood on the wall, drugs being abused, dirty/destroyed rooms, and safety concerns for our own and our properties well being are just some of the reasons to stay away. The holiday inn not too far away is where we ran to and it was amazing. Great breakfast too! STAY AWAY from this hotel!

The room was ok, the bathroom window in shower is clear glass, this unit is main floor and street side, i could see where people would feel uncomfortabke with this, i thought it was odd

Need a exhaust fan for the bathroom. Curtains would not completely close off the window.

We stayed 3 nights. We did not get new towels, garbage was not picked up, beds were not made. Usually they still clean the room even if we are not checking out. Was disappointed for that. Also, breakfast was limited because the pancake machine was out of order and the juice dispenser machine also.

My experience at the hotel was quite positive. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable, and the amenities provided a good level of convenience.

The facuality is very outdated. No glasses or chair in the room. The puctures on line are nothing like the actual room. They need to update their web site. The beds are saged in the middle.

To be honest this establishment is a complete craphole! The building is severely run down and falling apart. Bathrooms in your room are filled with mold, rooms are tiny and not well set up. Pool has been out of order for months. Drug addicts and prostitution going on, lots of sketchy people hang around the hotel. Do NOT stay here not worth the cost. Hotel owner clearly doesnt care about good, safe hospitality. Photos online are fake and do not represent the actual condition of this establishment. STAY AWAY!

King size room was so small i couldent open my fridge, bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable..... people walking byand knocking or room doors ALL night
