If you stay here book one of the towers. The orginal section of the hotel is very old and dated.
Here are a few points about the room:
-bathroom had mold, lots of mold
-the floors were very squeeky
-no sound insulation between rooms
-carpets are very dirty
-service was poor, no explanation of the amenties and services
I stay in hotels (100+ night per year) and this is a very honest review.
I would think twice about staying here for the money.

This hotel really needs to spend money on upgrading their hotel for the amount of money they charge. We were in the old building, so we had an old room. The room itself was lopsided, making it a little eery on the safety of the building. Our tub should have had a non slip mat as it was quite slippery, the shower pressure was not great. You could hear full conversations from other rooms. We didn’t bother with the breakfast buffet as we could get the same food from all the restaurants down the street from the hotel for half the price. The only reason we stayed here was because we wanted to enjoy the outdoor hot pools. They should allow day passes for non hotel guests.

It was very nice and relaxing

It took about 50 minutes to check in and that was after 4:00 for their check in time. And then the room wasn’t ready for another 1/2 hour. We were put in the pet friendly area (we didn’t have a dog with us) and on the way to our room, a dog pooed in the hallway. I told a maid but that pooh was there for the next 5 days. The hallways were not vacuumed. And finally a part of the pooh was vacuumed but remnants were still there when we checked out on our 6th day. Also we were told we only had one day during that week stay, for room service! A trolly of dirty dishes was there in the hallway the whole week we were there. Very unclean!

We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this resort. From not having our room ready at the 4pm check in, to staying in a dingy run down tiny room with thin walls, to the overcrowded and dirty pools, we will not stay here again. We barely slept at night between the people walking around in the room above us and hearing the conversations of the people in the room next to us all night long. To access the shower in the bathroom you almost have to stand on the toilet. We avoided our room as much as possible, but felt overcrowded in almost every other area of the hotel. It was not relaxing and I do not recommend this resort.

This hotel needs a renovation, bad! It

I'm sure a lot of reviews mention the (very) dated rooms. The rooms are dilapidated and need significant updating. The hallway was piled with used linens for most of the stay, the stench was terrible. Even after I reported this it took them over half a day to remove, only to be replaced the following day by new piles.
We arrived for check in at 5pm and were told to come back in 90-120 mins. We finally got into our room at 7.30pm. Never had such a bad check in experience. Hotel staff were dismissive.
Yes the pools are nice but does not compensate for the terrible experience overall. The only other positive was the bed was comfortable. I only imagine this place is still running as it has a monopoly on the hot springs, but honestly spend your money elsewhere - for the cost you could book a hotel with clean, new rooms and a lovely spa/pool and have an enjoyable stay.

The hot pools were wonderful! Hotel is dated but clean. Love the thick fluffy towels!

Suite was amazing. Excellent view from the balcony. Hot Springs was magnificent and excellent. Unforgettable experience. Thanks 😊...

Stupidly over priced for what you get. All the food is very overpriced and the checkin experiencing is slow and off. Required to wait in line for at least 45 min to checkin at 4pm. Can pre check in at 1 but have to wait till your room is ready then go back I. The long line to get your keys. Crazy to spend over 300 a night to not get your room till 4 pm or later and get kicked out at 11 am sharpe. Pools are ok somewhat dirty and full of kids or drunks. There is no quiet pool despite the signage. Over all just not worth the price.

Great hotel but it took over an hour to check in because it was so busy on the long weekend. Cute little town to visit but food is expensive

The short staffing is a sad reality of tourism these days so I can’t fault the hotel for that. But the quality of the guests was low class. Kids jumping in the Indoor pool with no parents around or no staff to address it and a white trash drunk couple having sex in the outdoor pool during the Adult’s Only hour were two of the most unpleasant experiences. I don’t think I’ll return there as long as people of that caliber are permitted to visit. I wish I could get a refund but I suspect it will go unaddressed.

The people in the hotel were noisy. Stomping around night and day. There is not much for dining in the area.

Love the hot springs pools. And love the adult only section. So nice to come and relax with an adult area only. However the rooms need updating for the prices they charge. We were disappointed that we could no longer order drinks to go though. Wanted to take back some pina colada’s to the room and aren’t allowed. It’s pretty silly that they don’t allow that anymore. All in all it’s a nice experience away.

It’s a very old hotel. Old furniture and old interior.

If we did not have a discount for our stay we would have stayed here. Tired furnishings, poor wifi, worn carpets, and the resort fee is very ill-advised. The only draw are the hot springs, and since there are no day passes, you are held captive to the exorbitant rates. We did not eat there as we did not want to be disappointed further

The room is so smelly and small, the service is a mess and I don't want to go again There was a bug in the room, so I got a scar and it wasn't good

Unfortunately, there was too much noise in the next room, and it sounded like a big gathering until midnight, which caused a bad sleep.

The area around the hotel and the hot springs are nice. The hotel itself is very out dated and in need of a major facelift. The rooms are essentially a place to sleep but our room the beds were very old and noisy the carpet was lifting up in spots. For the amount you pay $250 you’re just paying to have access to the hot springs on site. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good for relaxation, but overpriced lately.

The crowd at the pool as the evening went on seemed to forget that everyone doesn’t need to listen to their music or watch them grind on each other.

The hot spring pools were perfect.
The staff were very polite and professional.
The inside of the refrigerator was not clean enough.
When we opened the bed sheet it had some colored stains on it that had a very bad first impression. Although we called reception and they sent a housekeeper to change it at once.
The Copper Room restaurant has the best food environment and servers. Although they are very tough with walk-in guests even if they have plenty of empty tables they are asking for reservations but it is worth a negotiation and we had a very good time there
We had a very good time in total on our trip to the hotel and we will go there again next year definitely.

Had a great time, really enjoyed the pools. But only three pillows for two people and they were the lumpiest pillows ever encountered.

We could hear the voices of the neighbors very clearly and all the hotel equipment was very old

Nostalgia is great. The building could use a bit of an update. I miss the copper room.

Very nice place to be but night time is always busy at the pool
