The room smelled bad and there was no hot water

The hotel was located right off the highway and was easy to find. The room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked the light blocking shades.

Great hotel and nice stay. I must say the only reason the comfort was a 4 is because hotel pillows are too soft for me and i didnt sleep well. But not the fault of the hotel. and the breakfast made up for it. Theres a cracker barrel right next door but the omelets were surprisingly very good, sausage, potatoes (which my wife would have liked done a little more- i thought they were good). Waffles, cereal, bagels... i mean you couldnt ask for more.

We have stayed at country inn several times. Very clean. Staff are not friendly, and would like to see a different breakfast.

Good basic accomodation. Heat/AC was very quiet. Bathroom fxitures a little dated. Tap water had slight sulpher taste so I'd bring a bottled water next time. Front desk was helpful & courteous.

A wonderful one bedroom suite with a very comfortable bed. Avfew dollars more for a separate bedroom is amazing. The breakfast was nice and filling. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great, nice design, decor, and spaces. The water pressure in the shower however is NON existent! The water barely came out enough to shower and had a high-pitched whine the whole time like it was being restricted somehow. My sister said the same about her room, so not a room issue but a hotel issue. Unfortunately this means we won't stay here again.

Room cleanliness was bad. Large sticky stain on carpet visible upon entering. Desk and night table never wiped. 5 night stay and had to beg for clean sheets once.

I loved the fact that the hotel was right off interstate 95 and the convenience of having a gas station right next door. The mattress was so soft and I slept like a baby!!

The room was very clean. Staff was super nice. Great location close to highway. The bed was AWFUL! didn’t sleep the entire time. Had 8 pillows and still hard as a rock. Breakfast was so so but there was a Cracker Barrel next door so we ate there.

Air conditioner in first room blew hot air. Room was not clean as well as could have been. Tub had dirty water spots down side. Mold around floor of tub. Air vent in bathroom was totally blocked by dirt. Chairs had stains. Carpet was not flat in entrance of room. I will not ever be staying there agsin

Carpets were old and dingy, as was the bathroom. The office chair was so disgustingly filthy, we didn't sit in it. The whole facility needs to be updated.

The building is pretty new so everything is clean and none of the equipment is broken. The rooms have high ceilings.

The cleanliness was average, showerhead was broken barely any water pressure. The front desk staff were not very friendly. There were a group of teens roaming the halls and running around the lobby and elevator. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement.

My stay was for one night only, The room was clean and pleasant, The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was quite nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Most disappointing stay we have ever had. We arrived to soiled linens (yellow stain the size of a basketball - hard to miss!) and given the hour of our arrival, had to have new linens delivered by the security guard and remake the beds ourselves. Billed as a room that sleeps four, the pull out couch mattress was paper thin. Fortunately, the regular bed was quite comfortable. Shower head screeched when on and the overall bathroom was in disrepair. Chairs were stained and torn. Not at all what we expected for the price we paid.

Not everything was walkable. You’d definitely need a car to get around. Not a lot of variety on the tv, not that I watched it the entire stay.

Hotel was fine with a couple of exceptions. 1) The A/C unit was loud and right next to the bed where it would blow directly on you during the night; and 2) Breakfast had no separate warm meat (like bacon, ham and/or sausage).
