The hotel was okay. When I booked it, I didn't realize there would be remodeling going on. I would have booked somewhere else had I known. We travel Rhode Island several times a year. Once the construction is done, we will consider staying there again. Definitely won't when we come in May.

First impression… bad septic odor in improvised lobby. Room could not have been better! Breakfast in improvised meeting room small but well stocked. Hotel was under construction. I would return again. Staff was great and very helpful when needed

TV sound did not work with the remote. Manager tried fix the problem but could not. Just very inconvenient. Have stayed here a number of time in the past year. Always seems to be an issues with the TV.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was clean and staff were very friendly! The only complaint was that the pool was ice cold! Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location too!

This hotel and staff was PHENOMENAL, BUT this hotel doesn't have double room king bed rooms. I was expecting a room with a king bed and a little sitting area with a couch. But the staff was great and informed me this doesn't exist. Also Travelocity said this hotel was 12 miles from the Ryan Center(the reason for my staff) and it's actually 30 minutes.

My parents come up from NY with our dog because my apartment does not allow dogs. Beds are comfy, breakfast is good, close to places to eat. Special thanks to Matt overnight who at 4am helped my elderly Dad stand up in the room after he fell. Also for staff loving my dog and giving him a treat!

It was so quiet, both nights. No road noise, airplanes. We live in a very rural area so we are not used to it, lol. Slept so well. We appreciate the breakfast at 6am rather than 7 too. We will surely be back

Kay at the front desk was amazing. She checked us in quick, made sure to let us know that if we needed anything she would be at the front desk until 11pm. Then she was willing to get me hot water from the kitchen because someone was using the hot water carafe. Honestly...talk about going the extra mile. We need more people like Kay! Great stay at a great hotel.

Was running late for check-in and got a lot of grief from night clerk. She complained that Expedia and other third partyq providers were a "scam". She said we should book the hotel directly because you profited too much. Also threatened to not give us the room we paid for in advance because we were after midnight and she had to prepare her "audit". Not friendly or courteous at all. She thought my payment didn't count because it was to Expedia and not her.

We had a very good stay. We even added an extra night stay. They have a great breakfast with many options from 6 am to 10 am. Our room was quiet and very clean. We will stay again when back in the area.

We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels and this particular one was not up to par. The door to our room wouldn’t open without throwing our bodies against the door every time we wanted to enter. The sliding door to the bathroom was also a nightmare as it got stuck halfway along the track. The worst was the heater which let out a long whistle every single time it went off. The chlorine smell from the pool was incredibly strong on the first floor. The breakfast options were good but the food ran out quickly and we had to ask someone to refill the waffle batter, which took longer than expected. The hotel needs some overall maintenance and updating to start. We wouldn’t choose this particular hotel again.

If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious. Anything else is average (breakfast, guest laundry…)

The staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms a bit tired but very clean. Convenient one night stop for us. Breakfast buffet was usual Hampton fare which was fine and the whole of the buffet area was kept very clean and well stocked.

Over all very nice stay. Loved the fact that the room actually had lamp over the chair in the room . Only one issue with the room. If you have bad knees it’s very difficult to get off the commode. Sorry, but it’s way to low.
